I’d been traveling with an old suitcase for years and finally decided it was time for an upgrade. After weeks of comparing options online, I landed on BEIS and purchased the Carry-On Roller. I have to say — I wish I had also grabbed the Weekender bag at the same time, since it pairs perfectly with the suitcase. Unfortunately, when I went back to buy it, the matching color was no longer available. As for the Carry-On Roller itself, it really does the trick. The build feels sturdy, it glides smoothly, and my favorite feature is the expandable zipper, which gives me extra space whenever I inevitably overpack (which is every trip!). Also has a lock for security! Overall, I’d definitely recommend BEIS for anyone looking for a functional, stylish suitcase that’s thoughtfully designed for real travelers.

Beis is my go-to for travel bags. I've had both the hardshell and the carry-on bag that fits on top of the roller. I can fit SO much in both of them and they make me feel like Hermione from Harry Potter with all the things I'm able to stuff in there.

this is a really nice piece of luggage and as a frequent traveler i'm glad i saved up for it. the color options, interior details like dirty clothing bags and removable pouches/inserts, and durability are much appreciated. it's gorgeous to say the least. the only downside i've experienced is that alone and unfilled, the luggage is heavy, which is a bit of a nuisance for a carry-on and creates an even weightier bag once all your items are added. perhaps it had to be this heavy to be durable? i'm not sure. i still love it but would be hesitant to get the checked bag knowing it is not a lightweight hard shell bag and that it might tip me over the weight limits.

Worth every penny. I initially bought the Beis Carry On Roller because of the aesthetic and look of it - but it is truly a superior piece of luggage. I frequently travel internationally and try to limit myself to one carry on, which has been a breeze with Beis. The amount of clothing and items that I can fit in their carry on and how organized I can assemble everything is amazing. Plus, the handle is super comfortably padded :) If you travel a lot, I wouldn't hesitate buying this carry on!

I use my BEIS Weekender Bag every time I travel (not only for weekenders!) because it is so functional and aesthetic and it truly is the perfect size bag for trips. The strap could be more comfortable (with some padding perhaps?) but the interior/exterior compartments are good and I love it either way.

I have the Beis carry on roller and I absolutely love it! Easy to organize in it with all the pockets and compartments. I also love that the roller handle is squishy! Makes rolling it through the airport more comfortable. The video is of it brand new, but it has traveled around the world with me! I prefer to take it as a carry on, but I have had it checked as well. So far it has held up nicely minus a few minor scuffs, but what luggage doesn’t show wear and tear over its adventures? (I am not sure which size carry on roller I have, but it does fit in the overhead bin)

I really like Bei’s, I love the sleek look and its compartments. It’s also very roomy and can fit a lot of items. The only issue is the strap which is super thin and DIGS into my shoulder whenever I carry it. I think that’s a pretty big design flaw It’s roughly the same size as a regular carry-on suitcase with wheel. I always put my Bei’s on top of any carryon I have because it’s so heavy to carry other wise.

I have the beis diaper bag and love it! It’s very durable and the quality feels great. They keep updating this bag with newer features but I found that the simpler the better for this particular bag style.

I absolutely love my suitcase! I want to get way more but can't break the bank right now. I got the 29" Large Check-In Roller in color Maple, and it's beautiful, very roomy, and stylish. Absolutely recommend investing!

I LOVE my Beis set. I had waited years to find the perfect set that also had a little touch of my personality. The handles have a foam grip that is so comfortable, so many pockets including a dirty laundry bag, and a lock. I scream, you scream, we all scream for Beis ice cream.

I was gifted the cosmetic bag by a relative. Overall, I love both the look of the bag and the features that they added. I have had it for a year and it has held up well carrying my daily makeup and going on trips. It holds a solid amount, to the point that I can fit all my makeup and toiletries for trips. I love that the fabric on the interior is easy to clean for makeup marks. There's a covered brush holder to keep them nice and a travel mirror. The shipment arrived quickly and was overall a great process.

My fiancé and I have the gym gym bags and love them. They are very minimalist and reliable. He has the black and I have the beige. The quality is top of the line & we always get compliments on them. There is a pocket for everything & they also come with a matching laundry bag inside to put your dirty clothes in after the gym!! Would by 10x over we cannot wait to try more items from this company!

I had purchased the cosmetic case a few years prior and was thoroughly impressed with its quality, which prompted me to seek out a new carry-on suitcase from the same brand. Upon locating the carry-on, I was immediately taken with its features. It has proven to be an excellent travel companion, greatly simplifying my journeys. Indeed, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase.

AVOID THESE BAGS VERY LOW QUALITY! Got (4) bags (2) carry on and (2) check in as a wedding gift in October - my wife and I went on our honeymoon in February to Hawaii and before even getting to check our bags in the wheels on (2) check in bags seemed locked up / were grinding. We went on our honeymoon and upon returning sent pictures and videos to warranty to be told they aren’t going to do anything. Two bags were defective on the FIRST trip taken. Also there were (6) dents and chips on the exterior of the bags. For 1k spent on bags it’s insane how low quality the bags are. My sister had the same bags bought for her at the time of my wedding and her zippers broke on her bags on the first trip.

Product is Horrible!! Warranty is a lie!!! Can't believe this!!! We Paid over $200 for a diaper bag that is falling apart and has been used for less than 5 months, and they are basically doing nothing for us! Offered us 15% refund. Very disappointed in this product! Will never ever buy another product from this company!!! Total garbage as far as I'm concerned!!!! Bought my niece a diaper bag from a different company for $30 , and it's not falling apart!!!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Please realize there's no phone number listed anywhere for this company. That explains why their customer service is so poor and inadequate. I was told an item was going to be restocked by the end of the month. I waited for restocking, it never restocked and it put me at a later day, closer to my trip. When I went into the website to order another item, I realized there's a $69.95 2-days shipping fee, of which I feel I should not have to cover since my rush is due to their missed informed email. They've basically played with me for (2) days in order not to take care of the rush 2-day shipping. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I feel their customer service is trained not to give Customer Service, they play with what you are explaining.

I DREAM AT NIGHT TO HAVE A PINK WEEKENDER TRAVEL BAG

I wanted to love BEIS... I got the weekender bag as a gift and I LOVED it... the 3 times I got to use it. The zipper broke the third time I used it. I have reached out to customer services with pictures and details 3 times... zero response or acknowledgement. For the cost of the product, I expect that they would either fix it or replace it. Its too bad, there are many other products on the website I'm tempted to try but my sad travel bag that can't travel because its broken tells me to shop elsewhere.

I have both the carry-on and medium check-in in grey. Both my partner and I use them; the size is great for individual or couple travel. For a weekend trip, we can share the check-in, bring our own personal bags, and we’re set. For a 7-9 day trip to Hawaii and a weeklong trip to Curaçao, we brought both, and I brought an additional overnight duffel. We only checked the larger suitcase. Compartments are helpful for organization; toiletries can go in separate bags or the spillproof zippered pouches. The compression and expansion features are great for when you shop or want to decrease the weight of your carry-on bags. Carry-on suitcase is tough enough to check in a pinch or at the gate and come back in good shape.

For the price, the quality should really be better. You’re just paying for the brand name and not the actual product. Wheels broke within the year and the first time I ever used it, it became scratched soooo quickly. Bummer bc they do make really cute stuff! Cute just doesn’t cut it.
