    I ordered a pretty pricey customized phone case for my sister’s destination wedding last summer 2024! I waited quite some time for it to arrive & I only used it for 2 vacations last summer and planned to only use it for special occasions as I didn’t want it to get ruined. I went to go put it on for the first time since and noticed it was totally bent and as I went to go snap my phone into place the entire thing cracked! I was so upset and emailed customer service right away! Morgan replied back within less than 5 minutes, I shared photos with her and within another 5 minutes she offered me a FULL credit for my item. She was wonderful to work with! You never get customer service reps that work this quickly and reply so kindly!

    I've now tried THREE of their tennis bracelets- the first two were square studs and they caught on things and the studs fell out (though they did send replacements - this happened within 2 months of buying). The third was circle studs which didn't fall out, so it stuck around for a whole 4 months before the entire thing rusted. See photos and video below. It claims it's "gold plated silver" which is a ridiculous thing to claim when it turned brown and the clamp stopped working it was so rusted.

I also love how often they drop new styles and do collabs. That said, while the quality is solid for the price, it's still fashion jewelry—so I try to avoid getting it wet or wearing it daily to keep it looking fresh. Overall, though, totally worth it for the style and selection!
