I ordered a pretty pricey customized phone case for my sister’s destination wedding last summer 2024! I waited quite some time for it to arrive & I only used it for 2 vacations last summer and planned to only use it for special occasions as I didn’t want it to get ruined. I went to go put it on for the first time since and noticed it was totally bent and as I went to go snap my phone into place the entire thing cracked! I was so upset and emailed customer service right away! Morgan replied back within less than 5 minutes, I shared photos with her and within another 5 minutes she offered me a FULL credit for my item. She was wonderful to work with! You never get customer service reps that work this quickly and reply so kindly!
