However, its products have been reported to tarnish quickly and break easily, disappointing some customers. Furthermore, some customers have found the sizes of the jewelry pieces to be larger than expected.

My bracelet broke after a couple of weeks of wear but their customer service was great and very fast to get me a replacement. The replacement also broke after a day so I would not recommend that specific bracelet, although, they issued me a refund with no hassle. Other pieces I own have stood together pretty well but I do not recommend getting them wet- as the gold plating does tarnish rather quickly.

Ordered a beautiful bracelet for a girlfriends birthday and myself. She informed me when she wore it the first day it broke and left the next day on vacation. I contacted the customer care team and they were willing to listen to my concerns and reviewed photos she sent me. They immediately replaced the item which i am so thankful for. The customer support was phenomenal and unlike most i deal with. Will be ordering multiple items from them. Thank you again!

Love my new necklace!  Heartbroken on day 2 my necklace broke.  I reached out to the Baublebar team to let them know.  I did what they asked they are replacing my necklace!

Recently bought a Buffalo Bills bracelet set and put it on for the first time today and one of the bracelets broke five minutes later. I know their products are usually dependable! Sent an email to their customer service and heard right back from them offering a replacement or refund! An hour later I had an email that my replacement bracelet was being shipped! Excellent customer service!

Beautiful jewelry and when I had a small issue, the care team solved it in less than 24 hours. Now Im more likely to continue my business with them because I know they actually answer their emails and solve problems that may arise quickly. 

I placed an order and noticed I had put the wrong shipping address, so I immediately contacted customer support by email and they responded within 10 minutes! I was surprised at how quick they were to resolve my issue ! I'd definitely buy from them again in the future.

I just had an excellent customer service experience. I had placed a custom order and immediately realized an error with one of the selected charms. I immediately emailed Baublebar's customer care with my mistake. Malachi quickly responded and helped to resolve my problem. I can't wait to receive my custom jewelry selections.
