Bala makes stylish weighted fitness accessories to intensify any workout routine.

Fitness & Sports

Bala earns largely positive reviews for stylish, well-made workout accessories that make low‑impact routines, walks, and at‑home sessions feel more engaging and effective, with standouts like Bala Bangles, Bars, the Power Ring, and Beam praised for comfort, soft matte texture, and easy travel/storage. Reviews also flag real drawbacks: limited weight ranges (mostly light), occasional discomfort or slippage and itchy Velcro during intense or sweaty use, sizing issues for small wrists, and mixed durability on stitching/Velcro—making them better for gentle resistance than heavy strength training.
