To be honest - I didn't want an Away bag - I had my eye on something else and at the last second needed a bag and ran to the Away store. Let me tell you - I'm not disappointed. I purchased the regular carry on bag - no frills, no extra space, so extra zipper just your basic carry on. Firstly - I was ~impressed~ with how much it fit. Shocked even . But the kicker for me - was when i had to sprint through the airport. Imagine - you have your other bag on top of your luggage, and youre running through a busy airport. That means swerving around everyone, taking tight turns and guess what - that luggage never missed a freaking beat. Stayed solid and moved with me every inch of the way. Right there - ten out of ten purchase.

A couple years ago I saw a friend have this suitcase and knew when I was due for my next carry-on this would be the one I would get. Well, it was time and I finally got the Away carry on. I absolutely love it. The color Jet Black, is so nice, the function is amazing, love that the handle bar is a little higher than the previous one I had, and a built in lock for extra security. It comes with a luggage tag, shoe bag, as well as a dust bag for the luggage. Can’t wait to take this on my next trip!

My bags have been with me around the world and back again, and they have the stickers to prove it! I've literally gone on 300 flights with these suitcases, and have only ever had 1 issue, which AWAY immediately sent me a bag replacement for. 10/10

AWAY Luggage hits the hardest in it's class of travel accessories. Both my husband and I are obsessed and it's our favorite gift to give for both newlyweds or those graduating college. We have the matching packing cubes and it's such a game changer for organization.

I have 2 suitcases and like them. I’ve had them both for a 3+ years and they’ve held up. Very scuffed and well used but they work well. The wheels are a little funky now and make a lot of noise on my carry on but I haven’t cared enough to try and get them fixed!

Purchased the Hard Shell Carry-on Luggage (regular size) in the color Coast Blue. To cut to the chase i gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because A. The price is pretty premium for what it is B. After only 2-3 trips there is already some visible scuffs on the outside shell. Otherwise I have no other real complaints! Great carry-on bag. The many pockets, zippers, and inner compartments make getting the most out of your carry-on easy. Its fit the carry-on size requirement for all airlines I've traveled with so far, no problem. The color is cute, the movement/wheels are so smooth and easy. I would recommend to a friend and am already planning what color to get next!

Simple & sleek. Nice roll with the wheels. This minimalist approach will get the job done. ' Only issue I've had is one zipper broke when I got it back from checked bags (the metal itself) the first time I ever used it so I haven't been able to use the lock function, but otherwise I've taken it on most major trips.

I love these suitcases. They are chic and durable, plus they come with a lifetime warranty. The only reason I am not giving them a 5/5 is because the carry-on with the soft pouch on the outside does not actually fit anything, or if I do put things in it and am flying in a small plane, it will not fit in the overhead compartment.

I have a carry on and large suitcase, both of which have stood the test of time with countless trips. I love that they come with a buffer for the inevitable dings and scratches as well. Pretty easy to keep organized and compressed as well!

Away has been one of those travel brands that quietly earns trust over time. My 8-year-old carry-on roller has been through countless trips and still feels solid: the shell has scuffs, but the wheels roll smoothly, the handle works reliably, and the interior organization makes packing and unpacking simpler. More recently, my active/FAR duffel has become a go-to for shorter trips and weekends. It looks sleek and fits a TON. The materials and zippers feel durable enough to handle being stuffed, shoved into overhead bins, and dragged through terminals.​ There was a minor issue with the first duffel I ordered (some stitching tore after one use) but customer service handled it quickly. My replacement has held up over several trips.

Away has become my go to for every trip. The suitcases are lightweight but surprisingly durable, the wheels glide effortlessly (even when the bag is overloaded), and the built in organization is thoughtful without being overdesigned. The hard shell holds up incredibly well, and the internal compression system actually makes a difference. I can pack way more than I should admit. I also love that the design is clean and minimal, so it still looks good after tons of use. The customer service is great too. Helpful, responsive, and generous when anything goes wrong. If you travel regularly and want luggage that’s functional, sturdy, and still stylish, Away is an easy recommendation. It’s the kind of bag you don’t really appreciate until you try to go back to anything else.

LOVE MY AWAY LUGGAGE. Very great material, I actually was gifted it, and definitely would buy one with my own money! It's a great size, and just very intentional design. I think there price really does match there quality.

There's a reason that these suitcases have taken over airports (which unfortunately makes my life more difficult because I need to find clever ways of differentiating bags) but it's simply because these Away is one of the best. As someone who dreads checking a bag, the carry-on is the only suitcase I travel with now. I've done weeks in Asia and Europe with this mighty suitcase and glided it across cobble stones and airport carpeting with ease. After six years and multiple trips across the globe, the handle started sticking after a visit to the sandy beaches in Brazil. But true to their lifetime warranty, they sent me a replacement bag completely free of charge.

love this suitcases they have the best quality, the carry on is my favorite. It is my must to travel specially long trips. I would like to try their bags too.

Luggage is light and durable. Comes in many neutral and gorgeous colors. It is anti scratch. It all fits together inside. The wheels are durable, and rotate quite nicely.

such quality luggage. my boyfriend has the carry on and the larger bag and it's so elegant. i know theyre pretty pricey but its very much worth it. im buying the weekender bag and i have a lot of trust in the company

I have an away luggage, and I can say it has lasted for a few years! It still looks brand new! I have like a green/teal one, I love the compartments!

I was giving a travel on size suitcase as a gift from a friend. She highly recommended it. I really love the product. I just find it a bit outside of my budget to purchase an entire set. I fear my investment will be destroyed by the airlines.
