Such an easy way to get my protein intake post-gym without drinking a heavy smoothie! I also love that these have electrolytes, which feels like it is an added bonus for helping my body recover + restore after a sweaty workout.

So far, these bloat pills are just okay. I usually take them after a big meal and I do notice a slight difference in how I feel, like things are a bit more settled. That said, I’m not fully convinced yet and still figuring out how effective they really are for me long term. They seem helpful, but I wouldn’t call them a total game changer just yet.

I’ve been testing the Arrae Clear Protein+ and honestly… it’s kind of become my lazy-girl wellness staple. It’s light and more like flavored water than a typical heavy protein drink, but still packs protein and electrolytes, which I love. Only downside is it doesn’t mix well with a spoon and can get a bit chunky, so a frother or hand blender makes a big difference. Overall, it’s one of those products that makes hitting your protein goals feel low effort, which, if we’re being honest, is the whole point.

Good product - I used the de-bloat daily for over a month and noticed a slight difference but nothing more. It helped me with my IBS side effects, but it is quite pricey for not much more than that - pretty sure something at the drugstore could do the same! Butttttt.....if you are a package lover...it is still super cute!

I love arrea supplements. I take the magnesium every night and the calm supplement when stressed. Comes in a cute box so is great for gifts. Also love that it comes in a glass container. Only downside is expensive. But still love them!

I was first introduced to this brand with the Bloat supplement, but have come to love them for their Creatine gummies. While I don't love the flavor of the creatine gummies, I do feel added energy and have seen the impact it has on my muscle definition over the past couple of months. I have already re-purchased a couple of times. I think you can skip the bloat (I don't see the biggest difference), but I will definitely be trying their new protein powder too.

Not entirely sure I’m bought into it working. The internet gives 2 scenarios to use these, daily or just when you’re bloating. I did that latter to make it last longer but I don’t think it really worked. But to have extra probiotics and goods in my diet is never an issue to me!

I tried the Arrae MB-1 after I got a discount on a bottle recently. I started working out to be more energetic but it was making me more tired, so I tried this supplement. I can definitely say it increased my energy levels through the day. It allowed me to feel better with workouts and feel more successful about turning fat into muscle. However, it takes a few days for me to feel the effects. It did feel like it made me crave snacks less through the day.

The bloat pills really help after heavy meals. I take two when I'm going out and I feel a difference when it comes to digestive support. They don't actually flatten the belly, they just help make my tummy feel better after especially heavy foods.

I’ve tried 3 different Arrae products so far and haven’t noticed any difference after taking the calm or sleep products but have noticed a mildly helpful effect from the bloat capsules. The packaging is pretty and I haven’t had any issues with shipping times but I’m not sure that they are worth their respective price points. I may try more of their products in the future.

Just started taking this for blood sugar balance and I'm already seeing an improvement in my blood sugar stability. I really like that it has Chromium in it, as well as Green Tea Extract. It's too early to tell what the long-term effects will be, but I'm looking forward to trying it for at least a few months to see how it will affect me overall.

The best supplement I love the wsy it is been working for me the past months with my weight loss journey. It is a litlle bit pricey but with this product you will see results.For me is a recommend product!!

I'm a big fan of the bloat pills - they actually work! Especially if it's before an event or something when I'm feeling bloated, they definitely make a noticeable difference in both how i look and how i feel!

I saw really great things about the spread on Instagram and I hear about it all the time so I thought I would try some for myself. I am almost done with a bottle of the blow and I could say I really haven’t seen any difference. It’s pretty pricey and the marketing is cool, but I am willing to trade that in for something that might help me vs look cool

Tried their raspberry protein powder- bought 3 boxes as part of a deal, and could not finish more than one packet. The product does not dissolve properly and it tastes highly artificial and is not very drinkable. I got store credit refund and tried the creatine gummies, which were also a letdown because they are high in sugar and low in actual creatine.

I take the Arrae Calm Supplement when needed for my mild, occasional anxiety. The capsules are easy to take and help me feel better. The packaging is so cute and quality. The ingredients are clean and vegan, gluten free. All the Arrae products I’ve tried have been great.

I have tried the Bloat capsules and find that they work well.

Very disappointed in the extremely slow shipping policy. Update: I’m not impressed, especially for the price. I do not notice it helping with bloat, food sensitivity, or digestion. I’ll stick to using Enzymedica Digest Gold. I do like the scent and subtle sweet taste of the capsule when you pop it in your mouth— I’ll give them that! Makes swallowing the capsule a little more pleasant.

I have been taking Arrae MB-1 for 6 months now and I do feel lighter and my stomach feels flatter. The bloat pill also really helps :)
