    I struggle with a lot of food allergies, bloating, and nausea. These probiotics really help me if I take them regularly as directed. I don't get nearly as bloated or nauseous even eating dairy! Life changer!

    After reading mixed reviews about the product taste i am really happy with the flavor. I drink alot of electrolytes so i'm used to a slightly salty drink which this has. I think that might be what turns some people off. It mixes really well with a mini electric whisk and does not leave any weird texture. I took a star off because of the price. I wish it was abit cheaper but i will probably keep using it as i am trying to increase my protein.

    Suffering from severe chronic bloating and constipation it’s beyond excruciating and has landed me multiple times on the hospital. The longest period of time I haven’t pooped was 9 days straight. I ended up getting an internal fissure and hemroids and a lot of blood both in the toilet and my stool. If you or someone you know is almost always uncomfortable due to severe bloating take these gummies. These gummies give you immediate relief. I got the peach lemonade flavor. I took 2 gummies before I left to work this morning. As soon as I started chewing the gummies I realized there was a big taste of ginger. I looked at the ingredients list on the back of the bag and that was one of the main ingredients. I hate the smell and flavor of ginger. These are not gonna be enjoyable for me but a desperate need.
