Extremely disappointing experience with Another Tomorrow. I contacted the company in mid-June to return items because the quality was far below expectations. Their official return policy clearly states that EU customers will receive a free DHL return label within 24 hours after confirmation. I submitted the return request through their official returns portal — which worked — but I never received the label. The person they assigned to handle the return never replied. I followed up multiple times over the course of a full week, and no one responded. Their website claims to offer “conscious luxury” and “ethical fashion,” but they do not honor their own return policy and ignore their customers. If a brand publicly promises free returns and timely support — but then goes silent — it is nothing but greenwashing. I’ve had to escalate the issue to my bank and prepare formal complaints to consumer protection agencies in both the US and EU. International customers, be warned: once they take your money, you might be left with zero support.
