I've been trying to return items for several months, but despite multiple emails and requests, I still haven't received the necessary mailing labels. As a first-time customer, I'm disappointed by your customer service team's lack of response and assistance. I expected a swift resolution. Surprisingly, I'm dissatisfied. What a missed opportunity. I really liked the clothing.

Oh, the same thing happened to me! I live in Europe and unfortunately, they’re not responding to any of my emails either. They completely ignore all messages and refuse to send the return label as promised. It seems like this is a systemic issue, and I honestly believe they’re just scamming their customers. Once you place an order, you can forget about any kind of return or support.
