All-Clad reviews and discussion

The pan arrived in perfect condition and exactly as expected. However, there was a long delay with the shipping. Food does not stick if used properly. I've scrambled eggs, pancakes, saucy dishes.... Without any problems.

All-Clad is a classic for a reason. Their stainless steel is high quality, easy to clean, and has stood the test of time. While their nonstick doesn't have the greatest reviews, I snagged a pan at HomeGoods for cheap and I am happy with the results. The coating hasn't peeled yet and it has even heat distribution. You can frequently find them on sale, so look around if the price is what's stopping you. They will last you a lifetime.

A few years ago, I switched to all stainless steel pans and a large, 6-quart D-5 stainless All Clad pan was my first purchase. I use this pan DAILY and I love it so much. It is so versatile, and also durable. It's great for making one-pot meals, stews, soups, searing and frying.

I didn't appreciate this when I got it first, but I love this little skillet now. I love how fast this cooks food and how I don't have to worry about toxic ingredients leaching into my food. I do wish it was just a bit larger, but it works fine for cooking a single item or a small side to a meal.

I have recently elevated my culinary experience by acquiring a collection of stainless steel pans, and I truly regret not doing so earlier. I used to feel apprehensive about using stainless steel due to previous experiences of food sticking to the pans. However, I have discovered a highly valuable tip for utilizing stainless steel effectively: gradually preheating the pan and testing its readiness by adding a few drops of water, observing if it forms beads. Ditch all the gimmicky non-stick pans and go with stainless steel!
