Acid League impresses in reviews for inventive vinegars, sauces, and dressings that elevate cooking—standouts include Meyer Lemon Honey, Strawberry Rosé, Garden Heat, and Spicy Serrano Mayo—yet consistency varies. While many praise bright, complex flavors and striking packaging, others find certain vinaigrettes waxy or too sweet/acidic, ramen broths bitter, and Proxies lacking wine-like depth, with some noting short shelf life.

  • Bought a set of 5 to start off and fell in love! High quality product that I love to use as salad dressings and even mix into cocktails. Definitely worth the purchase and elevates all of my salads/roasts/drinks

  • (1) makes a fab salad dressing (2) I actually added the lemon honey one to water in the morning when I was lazy and / or out of lemons. That was great too.

  • Innovative and unique vinegars and sauces. I wish they shipped to Hawaii!

  • Their caesar dressing is so delicious and I love that it's packaged in glass. It's a little pricier, though.

  • I love this brand. Products are legit and even pass the “chef test” from my fancy-pants fine-dining-chef-in-the-family.

    Feedback

Def not a mainstream product but it’s well worth the price is you value a well-balanced, no BS condiment.

  • Delicious! I got the Meyer honey lemon vinegar and it is so tasty. I throw it on salads and it is bright and delicious with a little bit of olive oil.

    Feedback

My only issue is the cost! I bought it when it was on sale at WF, but otherwise, I wouldn't pick it up because its truly just vinegar.

  • amazzingg! I love it so much, the flavors are so bright and delicious.

  • Super fun vinegars for more interesting dressings.

  • Currently have tried the Magic Mushroom Caesar and the Strawberry Drinking vinegar. Both products are great plus they look nice placed on the table. The Caesar is probably my favorite, its not overly salted and it has a balanced flavor. I will swap out romaine for bitter greens and its my go to salad.

  • Super cool brand. Terrible taste.

Ugh! I want to love you so badly!

  • I was so pleased to finally stumble across Acid League in my local grocery store and give it a go - and I haven't looked back! I have always struggled with the taste of ACV but the flavor profiles of the vinaigrettes do such a good job of hiding it. I love the Mango Jalapeño Cilantro one even on plain rice and beans!

    Feedback

Similar to another user, I do wish they were easier to try and test without having to purchase the whole bottle. There are so many things to try, and mini gift-set would be my next purchase if it could be.

  • Great alternative to wines with alcohol. Enjoyed pairing these with different meals and my sober friends enjoyed as well.

    Feedback

Some flavor combos are better than others. One blend I tried was a little heavy on the caraway and it was reminiscent of sauerkraut. I love sauerkraut, but it was a little jarring.

  • Easily accessible in stores like Whole Foods or smaller boutique-type stores like wine shops. Purchase is a breeze and pricing is affordable and worth it.

Acid League is a dream for foodies on a budget — no gimmicks, just real good acid-based items. I'm a huge fan of various vinegars that they have, as well as soup bases. I would definitely recommend these for folks who are looking to expand their arsenal as a home cook! I also love the bottles, they're super cute.

  • Enjoyed the meyer lemon but wasn't as strongly flavored as expected.

  • Acid League? 10/10. They simply never miss. The garden heat vinegar splashed over a fresh cucumber and tomato salad? Impeccable. Reinventing a classic like mustard? Suddenly I'm a mustard girlie. Every time I see a new product on the shelves of the grocery store I am impressed. This brand continues to innovate category after category in a way that feels essential and tastes delicious.

  • The shoyu ramen was a disappointment. We followed her directions exactly and it was so bitter. We tried diluting it more and it was still bitter. It didn’t have much flavor either, no classic shoyu flavors. Just a bitter broth.

  • It feels done. Whilst personally I like minimal branding, I have seen this look again and again. I feel indifferent towards the colour scheme too.

Perhaps play with colours/fonts to grab attention from your audience. Look at ways to visually differentiate, as this looks like a canva template.

  • Super interesting Ingredients combined to make some really delicious vinegars. Love the flavors and the healthy probiotics. Absolutely would buy again. Makes a great foodie gift too.

  • I haven't tried their vinegars but I brought a Proxie over to a friend's, who's recently decided to quit drinking. The experience felt familiar and special, which we both enjoyed. I really wanted to like the taste, but it fell flat for me. I tried 4 flavors and they all tasted like a juice of some fruit and a strong dose of vinegar. Had to give it 3 stars because I'm not sure I'll be purchasing again. Maybe their sauces are a different story.

    Feedback

More complexity to their Proxie flavours.

  • - Delicious & unique flavors - Gorgeous packaging and branding - Tons of flavor and product options so there's always more to find and try I tried the Garden Heat living vinegar and Bee Complex Wine Proxy. I enjoyed the vinegar more than the Proxy but it was interesting and unique.

    Feedback

The first Proxy I tried was layered and tasty but I wouldn't get it again, so I'm looking forward to trying different flavors to see which I like.
