Non existent customer service. I have purchased numerous products from Wilding. I have all of their stones, oils, cupping, moisturizer, cleanser, carrying cases, etc. I have purchased these items both for myself as well as gifts for others. Obviously this means that I do like the products. The issue that I have had with them is that, for expensive products, they have completely inadequate customer service. They have a supposed "rewards program." The "rewards" expire, and I received notice of this. The problem was that their website did not work AT ALL in order to use the rewards, and the customer service took forever to get back to me with numerous very unhelpful and very delayed email exchanges. They finally got back to me with 4 "special codes" that I could supposedly use. I used 2, and then 2 weeks later, the other 2 did not work - and they told me that they had "expired." OF COURSE THEY EXPIRED, THE COMPANY TOOK FOREVER TO GET THEM TO ME AND ADDRESS THE ISSUE IN THE FIRST PLACE. Forget it, this company is far too much work. There is a plethora of high end skin care choices and facial devices. Too bad, this seems like a poor choice of theirs if they have any hope of maintaining a loyal client base.
