  • Non existent customer service. I have purchased numerous products from Wilding. I have all of their stones, oils, cupping, moisturizer, cleanser, carrying cases, etc. I have purchased these items both for myself as well as gifts for others. Obviously this means that I do like the products. The issue that I have had with them is that, for expensive products, they have completely inadequate customer service. They have a supposed "rewards program." The "rewards" expire, and I received notice of this. The problem was that their website did not work AT ALL in order to use the rewards, and the customer service took forever to get back to me with numerous very unhelpful and very delayed email exchanges. They finally got back to me with 4 "special codes" that I could supposedly use. I used 2, and then 2 weeks later, the other 2 did not work - and they told me that they had "expired." OF COURSE THEY EXPIRED, THE COMPANY TOOK FOREVER TO GET THEM TO ME AND ADDRESS THE ISSUE IN THE FIRST PLACE. Forget it, this company is far too much work. There is a plethora of high end skin care choices and facial devices. Too bad, this seems like a poor choice of theirs if they have any hope of maintaining a loyal client base.

  • I have the platinum gua sha, and it has absolutely sculpted my face I look snatchedddd

  • Honestly, I didn't understand the hype of a gua sha at first, and I thought the price was kind of high, but I am forever changed. It is now a part of my daily routine, and the noticeable difference after using it is crazy.

They're SUPER fragile, so be careful and consider buying the pouch for safekeeping during travel. We broke ours after a few weeks of using it and super glued it back together, sanded it down a bit, and it's good as new (definitely not aesthetically, though)

  • Re-introducing old school gua sha to a new quick-fix, product-obsessed generation and making it seem modern, approachable and effective? I didn't think they could do it, but they have. When you buy Wilding, you are not only getting a beautiful gua sha stone and wildcrafted serums and tonics, you're getting a portal into a different way of being. A way that requires you to truly care for yourself vs. trying to "fix" yourself. They have done a great job in creating tutorial videos and quick, effective methods for solving some of the most common skincare and aging issues that most women believe can only be solved with botox, injectables or surgery. I'm using the methods and the gua sha stones and tonics, and my 44 yo face looks 10 years younger on a good day, but most importantly, I feel healthier. I feel like my circulation and my lymph is flowing vs. stagnant, and people tell me I glow. I feel like I glow, and that feels awesome.

The content and the tutorials are as much a part of the "product" as the stones and the tonics. I appreciate that they have a content series that kicks off via email right after you purchase, but the emails started coming a week before my products arrived, so I didn't view the content and lost a bit of the whole experience of learning and incorporating these new practices into my day. Start the emails after the delivery confirmation.

  • Their gua sha tool is the best one I've found and really works, especially as someone who tends to get a puffy face after a night of drinking or eating sodium-rich foods.

Their gua sha tool also breaks extremely easily. I have unfortunately dropped them twice, so am now onto my third one. Also a testament to how much I love their tool over others, but just be super careful! I wish the skincare products that accompany the tool weren't as expensive too.

  • I've been using my Wildling products for just over a year now and I absolutely love them. When I use them regularly, I do notice a difference in my skin, mainly less puffiness and better texture. Is this a quick-fix? One and done? Definitely not. Lymphatic drainage for me involves dedication and a regular routine. But even when I'm just barely fitting one session in during a week where I know that's all I'm going to get, the act of slowing down and consciously giving myself TLC makes a difference. The products I specifically use are the Empress Stone, the Lumin Mushroom, the Lumin Cupping Set, and the Seabuckthorn Brightening Oil. When I want a traditional facial gua sha experience, I use the Empress routine; and when I want to do some serious depuffing, I use the cups and the mushroom. I think the brand does an amazing job of educating you on the products, and keeping you inspired to keep going. They run challenges every so often, and it's nice to feel like you are part of a community, as well as setting tangible goals for yourself. The products are expensive, but in my opinion worth it!

  • I use my gua sha everyday and the oil is great. I don’t keep the oil on my face I only use it to gua sha. I also think the content the brand posts is so helpful. They always have tutorials which I find really helpful. This will make a difference if you are consistent. I also have the body one and use it 3-4 times a week.
