I love this brand because they make plant-based ice cream that's creamy and delicious. The pistachio ice cream here is probably my favorite ice cream ever. It's got the perfect texture and tastes like I am indulging in a pistachio feast I can't afford.
I am a big fan of coffee flavored ice cream and will often start my foray into a new brand by trying the coffee flavor first, so I continued that tradition with this brand. I was very disappointed. The product was not creamy at all, when scooping the product it came out as flaky layers. The coffee taste is very intense and very bitter. I will not get this flavor again, however I would be willing to try the other flavors that are available at my local store because I do like the idea of a plant based ice cream.

This is one of the best ice creams I’ve had in awhile. It’s so pure and creamy with every scoop with a roasted nutt

To be fair this was my first time trying pistachio icecream ever. It was really good, nutty and salty and rich and sweet. The olive oil added a lot of body to the icecream. Eat this flavor with rasperry jam or chocolate sauce. Four stars, only because it can be a little too heavy, I feel weighed down after enjoying a scoop or two 🍦🍦🍦🍧
