    I’ve had the Litter-Robot 3 for quite a while, but as it aged, it started glitching. Between the known Pinch Sensor fault and the cat sensor becoming less sensitive—leading to having to manually press the cycle button more than I’d like—the "automatic" part of the box started to feel like a part-time job. It was great when it worked, but it required a fair amount of patience and troubleshooting. After one too many times of finding the robot stuck or realizing it hadn't cycled for half a day, I finally decided to upgrade to the Litter-Robot 4. I got it today and it's so pretty. Much more quiet. A little difficult to connect to my wifi. Not yet synching to the app. Hopefully it will work better for me!!

    A total gamechanger!! Similar to others reviews, I was hesitant because of the price, but it is 100% worth it. Not only do we not have to scoop litter anymore and can simply empty the tray once or twice a week, but it has greatly improved the smell after our cats do #2 because it immediately filters it away. If you're on the fence, just do it. Trust me.

    We have had our Litter Robot 3 for almost 5 years, and we LOVE it. We saved for a while to get it, and once we had it for a week we were sad we didn’t get it sooner! We recently upgraded to the Litter Robot 4 and are excited to continue to use the product.

    I bought a used litter robot 3 and loved it, so then I bought the litter robot 4 new & love it even more. I have 3 cats, so litter boxes were a pain and always seemed to smell. Since I got these 2 up & running, no more smell & I just empty the drawer once weekly! My app let's me know if there is problems or if the filters need to be changed. Honestly this litter box was a huge game changer. I'll never go back to a regular one. Obviously, the downfall is the cost. But omg is it worth it in the long run!!
