  • A great getting to know you card game. Re-playability is decent but limited, as is the case with any card game in this genre. Their continuation packs are great additions to the series. Would recommend.

  • This game was so much fun, and I felt like it got me to open up, and it’s so intentional! I always leave feeling more closer to the people I play with.

  • I absolutely loved this game. I picked it up from my local Target and was immediately drawn to how many different versions there were—you can play it with family, friends, your partner, and I believe there's even a kid-friendly version now. I played this with my little sister and niece, who were 14 at the time, and I have to say—it was such a powerful experience. Not only did I get to know them on a deeper level, but we also had the opportunity to really connect and open up. It’s rare to find a game that creates space for meaningful conversations like that. We’re Not Really Strangers is such an innovative concept. It helps you feel closer to the people you already know by encouraging real questions and vulnerability—questions you might not think to ask in everyday life. There’s something really beautiful about that. It kind of gives you permission to go deeper. Honestly, I have no cons about this game. I love it, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to build connection in a fun, intentional way.

  • This game is really fun to get to know people! I would say it's not a good ice-breaker for people you are first meeting, but it is good to dive deeper after a few exchanges, or to just level up your friendship/relationship/etc.! Played this with some newer friends at a party, and it was so fun!! Also played this as an ice-breaker on our 1st day of class, and it was SOOO awkward. Would recommend it as a game, but don't play it as your first meet someone
