Decently made glases for an excellent price. I do wish they would allow you to reuse a frame you like to you like and update the prescription. Seems like a waste like a waste

Ive done 4 home try ons and purchased 5 pairs of glasses purchased through Warby Parker, their mission is simply wonderful!

The best part of Warby, in my opinion, is the at home try on. It is so convenient! But when you do go into the stores, the staff is always friendly. My sunglasses have held up well over time! Their frame styles are a little limited though.

Ya knowww I give too many 5-stars on this here Thingtesting website, and I really tried to make this a 4, but in my heart I cannot. I have bought probably 10 pairs of Warby Parkers since they debuted in my life. I always look elsewhere because I'm like, give someone else a try! Then I purchase those and they don't look right or feel right or last. SO I stick with the Warby's. Because I love them and I can't quit them and they look cute. My favorite things are that they have wide options (I have a big head), their in-store team (SO lovely, all the time), their customer service, and their replacement policy (I had one pair that broke in like a week - they were a super thin metal - and they replaced for me, on them. And then another pair that scuffed after being in my bag, and they gave a discount on a new lookalike model even though it was entirely my fault). My least favorite thing is because I have bought so many I'd love to see a more varied selection and more new ones every season for me to choose from! Thanks Warby for being on my face for many years and more to come

Love the brands mission and the accessibility to affordable fashionable frames. My in-store experiences have always been fantastic and helpful along with efficient thanks to having all of my information and prescription tied to my account. I find their delivery on the faster end of the delivery window which is always a delight. Only issue is I do find my Warby Parker frames/lenses get dirtier and show wear faster than other frames/lenses I’ve had.

Quality is great, customer service is friendly and quick, and they have a wide variety of frames in sizes, widths, and bridge sizes. Their pricing could be better considering the competition, but if you have eye insurance, there’s a high chance you’ll be reimbursed.

Cute frames, wide selection, cool customer service, and easy shopping experience! I think I will be buying many future frames from Warby. I love my current pair and haven’t had any quality issues thus far. I recommend trying them out!

I only have one pair, but for the price, I prefer Zenni.

Have been using Warby Parker for five years and love their glasses. I love the at home try on and the fact that it's easy to update my prescription. So many styles to choose from both instore and online. I have had INCREDIBLE experiences with customer service - they're like the Trader Joe's of optometry - everyone is happy to be there!

I have had warby parker glasses for 5+ years and i love them. The in store experience is great, easy and quick. They are a little pricey in comparison to some of the website out there but they are well made and durable. I have also had a great experience with their customer service.

Every pair of glasses I own is from Warby Parker! Love the affordable frames and they're all soooo cute. I also get my eye exams done at the location near me and the doctors are all so friendly and cool. Definitely recommend.

Its a great service in general but have tried a couple times and even bought once... ultimately the glasses just don't fit me well and are just uncomfortable... Luckily found another similar brand that does fit me but they are probably worth a try for most people.

Did the try on at home process and had 5 pairs sent to me that were all filthy dirty with fingerprints all over and appeared to have pizza sauce on the glass. It was so off putting and then the customer support was slow and didn’t seem to care at all. I will go out of my way to support brands like Pair Eyewear that actually appreciate their customers and provide a much better product.

The try at home is such a cool aspect, but my lenses came so incredibly messed up my eye doctor couldn’t even figure out the prescription they put in the frames for me :/

Very reasonably priced glasses and sunglasses with great stores and customer service. Got polarized sunglasses for half the price you’d pay at a larger brand.

Such an easy online process - would highly recommend these to anyone. Luckily I live near a brick and mortar location, so adjustments are easy to get done

I ordered the glasses online 👓 for my husband who has a simple prescription but with different issues on each eye. The placement of the order went smoothly. The website easy to navigate. However, It took a longer than expected turn around b/c staff had questions about the prescription taking them 4 days (almost a week!) to call him for clarity. We appreciated the care. Tho, after the call, it was our opinion that, the live questions could’ve been easily handled via text or email, cutting down on turn around time. In the end, It did not save us much on overall cost given the still exuberant cost of the add on’s such as anti -glare, anti - scratches. Which is what we hoped. Now a days with the quality of lenses, the aforementioned should not be a luxury. But, after a year, durability has not been an issue. That said, I would recommend it to friends given the customer service and if NOT going to see an eye doctor is a preference.
