Warby Parker earns strong reviews for stylish, flattering frames, an effortless buying experience (virtual and Home Try‑On), and consistently helpful in‑store service and adjustments. • I love the try on kits. It made it really easy to find a pair of glasses form home. Easy to add my prescription. Lots of fun styles to choose from.

  • Warby Parker partnered with Vision to Learn, an initiative that gives free glasses to children in underserved communities. This company has a beautiful mission and even more gorgeous frames!

  • Recently went to a store with a family member to pick out a new pair of prescription lenses. The customer service was wonderful and they arrived at her door earlier than expected.

  • I've been buying from Warby Parker for over 8 years now and continue to buy from them for the quick shipping and low cost point. However, if you have a strong perscription like me, I wouldn't recommend, because even when paying more for them to shrink the thickness of the lenses, they are still so comically thick it's hard to wear them/fit in their flimsy frames. They bend so easily, I wish they were slightly better quality. Again, love the ease of it, the try on at home, and having multiple stores in my area for adjustments, but would recommend elsewhere for high prescriptions.

  • Bought one pair but frame cracked after 3 months.

  • I absolutely love everything about Warby Parker. I’ve been getting glasses from there since forever ago. They truly have the best frames, and it’s so inexpensive. You pay one price for the frame and prescription. At most eye glasses store, you’re paying $200 or more simply for the brand name. At Warby Parker, you get cute frames and a cute price. One thing I will add is that I wish they had more frame options for people with a lower nose bridge.

  • Do not like the wearability or quality - doesn't last long for a daily eyewear wearer like me! The collaborations and designs seem cute, but the quality doesn't hold up. If your'e a person who needs it for a short amount of time like 'only when I am driving' or 'bifocals' or whatever, sure. But for me, I need more.

  • Expensive glasses. Not sure it differs from other brands.

  • I have only but good things to say about Warby Parker. I have found my go-to glasses brand: their high-quality frames are simply classic that will never go out of style, and the Home Try-On makes it so easy to shop for and try on various frames without leaving your home. My family (both immediate and extended family members!) are all huge fans of Warby Parker because we're so satisfied with the quality and just the overall buying experience. But what really stood out to me was their CUSTOMER SERVICE. Back in 2020 (pre-pandemic), I had gone through a family tragedy around the same time my five pairs of frames were delivered for the Home Try-On. I knew I wasn't going to be in the mindset to try on and pick out frames, so I reached out to their customer service to see if it was at all possible to extend the try-on deadline for at least another week. Not only did they accommodate my request, but the customer representative extended my deadline for about a month! I was so surprised and touched by this gesture! While I ended up not picking out a frame due to financial reasons at the time, they did not pressure me at all just to make that sale, which I really appreciated. But, it gets even better - about a few days after speaking to customer service, I received a small mailer envelope from Warby Parker. And inside was a small set of pencils and a note of condolences... from the representative I had on live chat (Bee!). It brought tears to my eyes. From then on, I knew from that one small thoughtful and unexpected act, that I would be a Warby Parker customer for life.

  • Love my Warby Parker glasses. I usually get 2 pairs of glasses each year. I have both sunglasses and regular glasses. Overall, great products, cool styles and reasonably fast shipping. I do find that certain pairs of glasses, particularly the non-metal frames, stretch out. The most irksome issue I've had is the need to go into a store, where possible, to get my frames tightened so they don't fall of my face.

  • It's easy, but not as inexpensive or stylish as you might think; if you need prescriptions with anti-glare (who doesn't) and astigmatism or transition lenses you're looking at a cheap base price but the costs add up for an ultimately expensive product that anyone can get (not that special). The packaging is adorable (and wasteful). The try-on thing is nice, but anyone who wears glasses knows they need to be adjusted before wearing to ensure fit. So you still need to go to the store or bed a local optical store to do you an awkward favor. The frames are fine, but the truth is they are not that special, or especially well made. Warby: we expect more. Up your game. Get more competitive pricing and if not, offer frames that push the design envelop to justify the costs or you risk becoming what so many indie brands who go mainstream become: basic.

  • As someone who values both clear vision and stylish eyewear, my experience with Warby Parker glasses has been nothing short of exceptional. From the seamless online shopping experience to the high-quality frames and lenses, Warby Parker has become my go-to for eyeglasses. The frames themselves are well-crafted and durable. The variety of styles caters to diverse tastes, from classic to trendy. I appreciate the attention to detail in design, and the materials used feel sturdy without being overly heavy. Whether you're going for a sophisticated or casual look, Warby Parker has options that fit the bill. Warby Parker's pricing is reasonable, especially considering the quality of both frames and lenses. The inclusive pricing, which covers prescription lenses and coatings, adds to the overall value. The company's commitment to providing affordable eyewear without compromising on style or quality is commendable. I've had positive experiences with Warby Parker's customer service. They are responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. From answering queries about frame styles to addressing concerns post-purchase, the support team consistently delivers excellent service.

  • TL;DR I'll talk about glasses, eye exams, and daily contacts. I've been a customer for 10 years now. I started with the home try on and ordering glasses that are much more stylish and fairly priced than other options. Their sunglasses don't yet have the same amount of options but I think that's changing over time. In the past year I also started using their Scout dailies and getting my eye exams there. The dailies are solid as far as dailies go. Other brands are usually like $1000+ 🤑 because they're all a scam, and you have to get a second bedroom to store all of the boxes for a year's worth. The Scout dailies have like 1/4 of the packaging, which means you can store extras in your bag, in your office, even in your wallet since they're so flat. This cuts down on the price by at least half and makes them more sustainable. The eye doctor was great. As a disclaimer, my eyes are not sensitive and I can put contacts in without a mirror. But that damn glaucoma air puff machine scares the crap out of me every time. I haven't been able to do it in 5 years. The Warby Parker eye doctor has an alternative test and didn't make me ashamed for not being able to withstand casual torture. That was ideal. It would be great if WP helped customers learn more about how to recycle and what is recyclable. Or if they offered Terracycle or some sort of empties service so you didn't have to schlep around looking for a place to recycle. I've done some research and I think that if done properly both your packaging and your contacts (❗️) are recyclable. I've been wearing contacts for 20 years and I had no idea. Lastly their customer agents are always great and helpful, and as someone who's worked in support/success and is very picky about CX, their offerings are some of the best/easiest.

  • Stylish, durable lenses at accessible prices. My longest running pair of frames are Warby's! But they are nearing end days, and I've been through 2 trial kits to find a new everyday pair - sadly, none of which contain *the one*. Where I think Warby Parker could improve is in variety of shape, width, etc etc. I tried on about 5 pairs that look exactly the same. They're very good at their seemingly 1 or 2 signature lenses, but it might be time to expand outside of that.. an emma chamberlain collab isn't enough! Give the people something fun!!

  • I love these glasses. The fact that you can try out different pairs before picking out the ones you want already makes them better than typical eyeglass store. They also offer many different varieties that are made by them, so you can't find them anywhere else. I've dropped my glasses before, and then lens and frame were fine and had no scratches. I was also able to buy two pairs for the same price as one at my eye doctor, so I can have a pair for my car and my house.

  • The style on these frames is really great. For the price the quality is too. Where I struggle is with the lenses! The two times I’ve had WP, the lenses felt poorly calibrated. I got my eye distance measured in the store and still felt like the prescription or centering was off.

  • I've been a loyal customer of warby parker for over 6 years now. They have stylish frames found nowhere else at much better pricing. I particularly enjoy their metal frames - light and strong. The lens are anti-scratch and even if they are slightly damaged, their replacement policy is quite good. Their store fronts give you access to glasses adjustments, nose pad replacements, and an excuse to shop for another pair every year.

  • Great selection! Great customer service! I love everything about the convenience of working with them by mail or going into one of their stores. Their styles are varied and maintain a contemporary feel. Their biggest challenge is going to be companies that have copied some aspects of their business model and have undercut their pricing.
