Ordered the Holiday Cheer Wreath as a gift for a friend, and it arrived exactly as photographed and described. Pricey, but truly gorgeous. For $250, you'd hope and expect that it would live up to its listing, and a lot of online floral retailers these days don't, so was very happy with it!

Terrible experience. Ordered flowers on Feb 1st for Valentines Day. On the 13th they send a FedEx notice the flowers will not arrive till Monday the 16th. Also, took them 10 days to create a shipping label. Flowers actually did arrive on Valentines Day. However, nothing like what I ordered. Terrible bougets. Just some crappy wilted flowers I could have purchased at a convenience store. They offered a 'partial' refund of 78% of what I paid. Never, never again...... What a waste.
As a DC resident, UrbanStems is my go-to for sending flowers, especially with their dried flower selection - though the price on those is higher, they literally last forever! Quality feels a bit higher than other online florists, but that may be because I'm local.
Feedback
For a funeral, we ordered a really large, expensive bouquet and found it to be pretty underwhelming compared to the smaller bouquets I've bought over the years.

I was not a fan. The flowers were partly dying and much smaller than pictured, and I wished it more closely matched what it looked like on the website. It was also more expensive than other flower brands I've ordered from.
