Feel much safer. The kids helmet is amazing. Super cute and love the inserts that go with it. Wish there would be more options for adults.

I’ve never been a brand advocate in my life. This is actually the first review I’ve ever written for a brand, and that says a lot about how impressed I am with UNIT 1. From the moment I started looking for their products to the moment I bought them and even after, everything has been so smooth. Honestly, the whole experience has been amazing... I bought the Neon Helmet for myself and the Sparky Helmet for my kids, and I love them! They look great, feel super safe, and the quality is top tier. Before buying, I reached out to their customer service because I had a few questions, and wow. I’ve never had such good support before. They were kind, patient, and actually cared. Actual humans talk to you, and you can 100% see that. They also told me about their Help Center and Support Page, which I found super useful. I bought the NEON during the impossible drop, so I got an exceptional deal on this helmet. The crash detection and medical info storage are amazing features. I bought the directional/brake remote and am thrilled with the performance

I backed this helmet on Kickstarter for my son when he was still a bit too young for it, and I’m so glad I did! He’s autistic and has trouble with fine motor skills, so regular helmet straps used to cause total meltdowns. Now that he’s grown into the UNIT 1 kids helmet, wow, what a difference. He loves the fun inserts and lights, and the magnetic strap is a total game-changer! Easy enough for him to put on and off and safe enough for me to know he's got it strapped on properly. The built-in tracker, although we never let him out of our site, also gives us extra peace of mind. Honestly, this helmet has turned something stressful into something fun. Can’t wait to see what you make next, and I’m already eyeing a sparky for his best friend! ❤️

I ordered two and received one right away and for some reason USPS was holding on to the other one. Maria from the Support team reached out to me before I reached out to the company and made sure I got to the post office and picked it up before it was returned to the sender. She was on top of it. Great customer support. Helmets are easy to sync to the lights and the app. Comfortable, not heavy at all and fit perfectly.

Habe bei Radelbande auf YouTube von dem Helm erfahren. Kurz zuvor war ein Freund mit dem Rad gestürzt und der Helm hat ihn vor schlimmeren Verletzungen bewahrt. Ich habe mir den Aura mit Visier gekauft. Er sitzt perfekt und lässt sich gut handhabbar. Das Visier ist super mit der Magnethalterung. Aus meiner Sicht ein perfektes System. Habe in der Zwischenzeit das Bedienteil für den Lenker dazu geholt. Das ist noch einmal ein Quantensprung in der Sichtbarkeit. Die App dazu ist auch gut, dennoch kann es Probleme mit dem Einrichten kommen. Dann unbedingt die Supportvideos schauen, danach ist es ein Kinderspiel.

The Aura helmet, remote and smart lights are amazing and very well designed (and great looking). The app needs some polish, but for my daily ride I can always rely on them. Well worth the price!

Purchased Unit 1 FARO helmet from a national retailer, Pro Bikes. Turn signal remote did not appear to work. Scheduled a customer service call with company person located in Spain. She verified broken but said they do not support product purchased through a retailer and that I will have to return it to store. Don’t back warranty. Will not purchase again from them. Don’t trust product.

I received the Faro mips and turn signal as a gift. Absolutely brilliant products! The comfort, fit and style are perfect and the safety that the helmet provides is second to none. And when I had a technical issue with the turn signal, along comes Bram to the rescue! I have never received such excellent customer service!! As Bram said, “That's exactly where we aim for. High end products combined with high end service and support.” They truly provide that and more. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I cannot review the actual product yet, but the pre-order customer support was truly above and beyond. As my order was intended to be a birthday gift, I reached out to UNIT 1 asking if it was possible to ship in discreet packaging as to not ruin the surprise. Manuel was incredibly friendly and forthcoming in meeting my wish, going as far as reaching out to the EU warehouse directly to arrange for unbranded packaging—in record time at that!! And, what rendered me completely speechless, he even added an extra gift for free as a way of showing their support for the birthday surprise. I don't know the last time (if ever) I've experienced such a level of customer service, and I'm blown away.

After a pairing issue I had when unboxing the helmet and controller, the support I received from Bram and Manuel was second to none... I really rate Apple Support as best in class, but the support team at Unit 1 ranks right up with Apple. Spectacular product and even better customer service.

Wow, had a problem with one of my products and Manuel at Unit 1 Customer Service was super helpful and considerate. Even the option of scheduling a call to help solve the issue is more than most other companies bother with. Thanks indeed!

Purchased the Unit1 Helmet, and later the smart light and universal mount, plus remote. Really happy with this product, helps me stay visible and safe while riding on roads. When I received the universal mount bundle, one of the mounts was not working correctly. I reached out to customer support with pictures and they immediately sent me a new part and it worked great! Very glad to see such good customer service.

The company communicates is a clear and timely manner with its customers. I had a minor issue with the product and emailed them about it. Received a reply in a day, they looked into the issue and came up with a solution promptly. It was a pleasure dealing with UNit1.

Didn’t think I’d use the app much but it’s actually really helpful. I can adjust the lights on my gear and check battery levels too. The emergency contact feature gives me peace of mind when I’m biking alone. It's simple but well thought out.
