The company communicates is a clear and timely manner with its customers. I had a minor issue with the product and emailed them about it. Received a reply in a day, they looked into the issue and came up with a solution promptly. It was a pleasure dealing with UNit1.

Didn’t think I’d use the app much but it’s actually really helpful. I can adjust the lights on my gear and check battery levels too. The emergency contact feature gives me peace of mind when I’m biking alone. It's simple but well thought out.

Had requested a replacement part for padding of the helmet. The normally don't sell these but we're quick to make an invoice and send it to me at an appropriate price! Quick communication. Generally me and my partner have been very happy with our Faro helmets!

Overall everything adds up. Had some pairing problems with my AURA helmet and connecting it to the directional remote. Had great help with a chap of customer service named Bram. Went into a call with him and he guided me through the steps very smoothly. Had a good experience w customer service and products look fly. Am looking out to the upcoming launch of the new NEON helmet.

Very happy with my AURA and FARO helmet. They feel very confortable and safe Their Backpack is amazing. Lot of spaces and very well distributed. Related to their accessories, they are a must as the remote, the smart lights and the helmet visor. Hightly recommended

In my rush to order new Unit1 cycle helmet I failed to notice that the Faro did not come with MIPs in my region. Unit1 kindly allowed an exchange to an Aura without any fuss and with great support. Just for others to be aware, you can only directly exchange on the website for the same product eg Faro large black for Faro medium blue. Not an issue though just a different process

I bought the Unit1 FARO helmet with Mips, a winter liner, and the signal button. This helmet is cool, comfortable, and easy to set up via the app. While pricey, it has some great safety features that go well beyond a standard helmet. As someone who bikes in the evening, the lights on this make it easy to be seen while riding - plus the overall look is awesome in my opinion. I'm excited to see what they do in the future!

It’s a very well made helmet. Fits nicely, looks good and performs flawlessly. A tad expensive but good things don’t come cheap!

Pros: Have had their helmet for over a year. Comfy, well ventilated. The lights on the front and back look cool and stand out even in urban environments. The back light animation especially. Cons: The straps are hard to adjust.

I own the Farro helmet and love it. Super comfortable and easy to use.
