    I bought the Unit 1 Aura MIPS in the blue Maverick color together with the Nav Remote as a gift, and every part of this experience exceeded expectations — so much so that after receiving the first one, I went right back and ordered two more Aura helmets. The helmet itself is genuinely extraordinary. From the moment you hold it, you can feel the quality — the finish, the balanced weight, the magnetic buckle, the design. The integrated front and rear lights are bright, the MIPS liner gives real peace of mind, and the Crash Alert SOS is the kind of feature every parent quietly hopes never has to be used — but is deeply grateful exists. Virginia Tech's 5-star rating is not marketing fluff; you can feel the engineering. And honestly, it just looks amazing. The blue Maverick color is beautiful. The Nav Remote completes the system. Turn signals right from the handlebar, brake light activation, quick pairing, solid button feel — it just works. Installation was simple and the ergonomics are right where your thumb naturally rests. Together, the helmet and remote turn safety gear into a complete riding experience. And then there is the customer service. I reached out to Unit 1 directly to ask whether they could match the Amazon bundle price on their official website, so I could order factory-fresh with faster shipping. Ana Cristina responded quickly, warmly, and matched the price immediately — no pushback, no partial offer, just genuine willingness to make it right. She followed up personally through shipping. That kind of service is rare anywhere, let alone in the safety gear space. The fact that I came back for two more Aura helmets after receiving the first says everything.
