As a household in which one of us likes fluffy towels and one of us prefers absorbent ones, finding one we can agree on can be easier said than done. These towels are the perfect middle ground, and the stretch is a really nice touch that I have no clue why no one thought of earlier! They were a little fluffy after the first wash, but they've gotten better with each wash. We will definitely be back to purchase more. My only comment is that the hand towels are thinner and longer than our usual ones, so it's worth noting in case you have a hanging bar above the countertop and don't want it to sit on it.

For a company called Typical, there is very little that's typical about it. The towels caught my attention immediately. They're stretchy in a way I've never experienced in a towel, and somehow it feels completely natural from the moment you use one. It's one of those products that makes you wonder why nobody thought of it sooner. To their credit, Typical is very upfront about the fact that the towels shed lint during the first few washes. They are not exaggerating. The first few dryer cycles looked like I had washed a golden retriever. Fortunately, the lint is temporary, and the payoff is worth it. The towels remain incredibly soft, absorbent, and comfortable to use. What impressed me just as much as the product was the company itself. In a moment of slightly neurotic curiosity, I reached out with a question and received one of the kindest, most responsive customer service experiences I've had in quite some time. Their team felt refreshingly human. The towels got my attention. The customer service earned my loyalty. In a category where most products feel interchangeable, Typical manages to stand out.

These towels are absolutely amazing. I love the design options. You can choose from so many great choices. I was unsure about the stretch, but it’s just the right amount and is perfect after you get out of the shower or bath. My son really loves them as well. I would definitely recommend this. I have watched them and they held that great. The color stayed and they are super soft. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

I was first drawn to the look of these towels, the color scheme with the patterns is really unique and definitely give more of a luxury look than your typical towel. I do love the stretch to the towel which is unlike anything I've had before. They do send a washing bag to prevent pilling which is an annoying extra step for a towel but so far have been pleased with them.

I bought this towel on the "Typical" website. I was curious as to using a stretch towel. I ordered it in a beautiful blue color. As soon as I took it out of the wrapper it didn't seem very thick so wondered about how absorbent it would be. They also included a laundry bag. It is bigger than the normal bath towel. When I wrapped it around me after taking a shower it felt great. Pleasantly surprised. It is a soft, stretchable, and quick drying towel. It is made of 98% cotton and 2% spandex. Washes up nice. I would recommend. You won't be disappointed.

I waited ages to finally buy these towels - and wish I had just done it sooner. The tiny bit of stretch adds a really lovely texture and pull to the towel when you use it, for example when I use it to dry my back and wrap it round the stretch feels so comforting. They are lush, cozy, and the stretch really makes it feel magical. I will buy the hand towels next.

I ordered four of these towels all in different coordinating patterns to celebrate finally finishing renovating our bathroom and have edited my review because of how awesome their support team is. The only thing to be wary of is that some of the colorways are a slightly different size depending on the color, but it doesn't make a difference once folded up on the shelf. I was a bit surprised at first but it doesn't matter as far as the quality of the towel goes. It feels like a giant hug to wrap yourself in and will be ordering more as gifts.

Just like the face towels, I really love the hand towels too. They are HUGE compared to regular hand towels, very soft with a nice weight to them. I like the stretch these have so I can use them for cleaning more than just my hands (forearms, neck, etc.). If you sweat a lot during the summer or need a good towel to clean yourself from working a messy job, I think these would also do a great job. Will be buying more! Hopefully they come out with more muted colours like the mossy green. The blue doesn't match my vibe and the animal print is wild.

I love these face towels so much. While the bath towels have little pieces coming off for the first few washes, these had none! I find the face towels very soft, dries my face in a flash, and are HUGE compared to regular face towels. The colour is a lovely mossy green and has a nice weight to them. I will definitely be buying more!

I bought two bath towels and my husband and I have been trying them out for about two months. These have a nice weight to them, are sturdy, and dry you very fast. The stretch just really throws us off. It's great for wrapping yourself, getting every little nook and craney but it's almost too stretchy. Lint and small pieces do come off for the first few washes, just FYI. This didn't bother us too much because the towels are sturdy and I know the pieces will stop after a bit of time.

Excellent quality towel! They even send it with a laundry bag in case you have a top loading washing machine. I can't wait to use this towel. It washed extremely well also. There was some additional lint upon the first drying, but the company addresses that in the directions.

it's a great size and very absorbent, and the stretch helps it stay wrapped in place nicely. i didnt even realize it had stretch when i ordered it, so it was a double win. i got the leopard pattern and its pretty chic - even my kid likes it.
