Sometimes you don't get all the results you were looking for, but most of the times the data is very interesting. 

Been using Thriva for over a year now and love it, find it very easy to use and get feedback on overall health. 

I honestly have problems pricking my finger, it always ends up being a horror movie scene!

I love that you are able to track your biomarkers over time which is impossible to do at the doctor's!

It was much harder for me personally to draw blood from my finger than is purported to be. So much that I needed to go to a doctor appointment for it to be effective. The results weren’t also super insightful but am sure kinks have been ironed out since 

The convenience and ease of it being able to be done at home 

The team was really engaged and despite 2 failures, tried to help as much as they could. As I never got enough blood into vials to get a good readings, twice. So my advice would be to read the instructions beforehand.

Simple to use and the results don’t take too long, with relatively clear and understandable information provided via mail. 

Many companies do this but thriva is no difference. It’s expensive and you need to go to a lab to get your blood drawn. Too many steps for simple labs. It’s expensive too. 

NOT FOR EVERYONE but Thriva is a great service for at-home blood testing. I have to mention that it can be a bit tricky and messy, especially for first-timers. If you have a phobia of blood, it might not be the best fit for you.
However, here's a helpful tip: drink lots of water and take a warm shower beforehand. This can make the process smoother and more comfortable. Once you get the hang of it, Thriva becomes a valuable tool for monitoring your health from the convenience of your own home.
