Three Wishes Cereal reviews and discussion

I am super picky about cereal and this just didn't do it for me. The flavor is there but the consistency is too much like cardboard.

I really enjoy Three Wishes in terms of the consistency & flavors. Out of the other high protein, low sugar breakfast cereals, Three Wishes is definitely my favorite. However, I do wish the flavors were a little less synthetic (specifically the fruity flavor or pumpkin spice (limited edition)).

Eh. Not great. It gets mushy and soggy very very quickly and has a really strong artificial sweetener flavor.

The coral tasted good for the macronutrients, but it often remained in my mouth as it stuck to my teeth and left an aftertaste.

Bland and has a weird mouth feel

I've only been able to try one flavor - Honey - but it tastes a little to sweet / artificial.

I am hooked! I finally found a good cereal that's low in sugar and vegan! All of the flavors are good but my absolute favorite is the Cinnamon. The ingredients are simple and I love that's it has a good amount of protein. I always have to have this cereal in my pantry.

Honestly out of all the grain free cereals I’ve tried three wishes was the best, the flavors were pretty good and the texture wasn’t too weird which is stellar for a grain free cereal. Plus I didn’t feel like garbage after eating it like I do with regular cereals. If you have trouble digesting grains like me I would highly recommend.

I am a sugar sensitive soul and the garbagy desserts of today's cereal world just don't do it for me. Plus, other diet friendly cereal alternatives are often chockfull of whey protein and the like (dairy is a pass for me). This is a scrumptious alternative with an adorable family background story. When the craving hits, these are my go to!

Quick way to toss more protein into a breakfast yogurt or simply with milk. I do enjoy that the texture is good and there’s no weird aftertaste.

I tried two flavors cinnamon and frosted. I really liked the flavors themself. It wasn't too sweet but flavor was present. I loved that it was grain and gluten free and didn't mind the price compared to other gluten free and grain free cereals.

Favorite cereal ever! Have been obsessed with frosted for months but the newest one, Marshmallow, is so addicting. I eat it everyday and it makes me feel so good. The crunch is unmatched!

I first discovered this brand when someone brought it to a birthday party. It was then marshmallow flavor and I liked it so much I ordered the cinnamon and fruity flavor when I got home. Those failed to impress me in terms of texture & flavor. It’s still an ok snack if you can’t find anything better. But I prefer other brands over this one.

Best gluten free cereal I've had! Flavor is great, my favorite being the fruity ones. Will continue to purchase for a fun morning treat.

I'm a big fan of three wishes! Their flavors are good and I appreciate that it is plant based and high protein as well as grain and gluten free for the gluten sensitive among us (hello!). Eating this made me realize how much sugar I was eating in my normal cereal so it does take a bit of adjusting to. My only complaint is it tastes a tad cardboard-y but if you throw some other items in the cereal (berries, etc.) you don't notice it.

I love that they are free of gluten and grain. It tastes great and the package is cute.
