Good products at great prices. A little confusing if you're not really well versed in single actives in skin care. Definitely a learning curve.

The Ordinary products are great at first glance and are at an incredible price point. However, the products could be easily misused as they don’t provide a lot of direction or clarity on use.

I use the niacinamide almost every morning, love how cheap and simple it is and it makes a different in my skin. Definitely helps prevent breakouts, but have to use with sunscreen

Great products at a great price point. There isn't much more to say than that! I love that the products come in nice, sleek packaging that makes them feel a bit more high-end. I frequently repurchase the Granactive Retinol Emulsion and it has been a staple in my skincare routine. Skin is significantly softer and the appearance of fine lines are diminished.

Really simple and ingredient forward. I really appreciate that they don't flex on packaging and branding and focus on the skincare. Some research and trial and error is required to see what works for you, but once you find your routine you can beat the price point and effectiveness.

I have to be careful which products I get from here. The simpler formulas work great, but I've noticed with the more complex emulsions etc, I usually break out or have some sort of reaction.

Some products worked extraordinarily and others just failed. Not using it anymore.

Definitely one of my favorite skincare brands that really helped me develop my routine. The products are simple and effective and beginner friendly. And the best part is how they work so well and are still so affordable.

I've tried quite a few products from the ordinary. The packing is always great. I love how sleek the designs are, especially in the glass bottles. (and they're reusable!) The price point is always very affordable especially considering the quality of the product. My skin has never had a bad reaction to any of the products and I have seen an improvement in my skin since using the ordinary. I'm a loyal customer!

Affordable and work well for my skin

Some of their stuff is EXCELLENT. The Ordinary is a great brand for affordable and simple skincare basics. Their Hyalauronic acid serum and their retinol are a regular part of my skincare routine. Their skincare leaves a white cast on melanated skin, and some of their skincare products don’t seem to do much (e.g. their niacinamide and zinc serum, and their salicylic acid serum), but skincare isn’t one-size fits all, and some people SWEAR by these products. I think they’re a great first stop when you start trying new skincare ingredients, but not necessarily the end of the line.

Umm, as a lover of all things skin care but esthetician does not recommend this brand. The few products I have tried are not as high quality as other products I use which just does not help my skin as I would hope for it to. I know many who get it just for the convenience they can get it at Sephora!
