Loved the tshirts offered at this site. Very funny. Problem is they sent one shirt on the wrong colored shirt and won't make it right. I ordered grey. They sent beige. I sent pictures. They still said it was grey. Sent more pictures. They say it's grey. Bad customer service. Feel like I'm throwing money away and don't trust this customer service effort.

Please be AWARE! Their rating is below zero. Quality of product extremely poor. Sizing does not reflect size chart with XS/S hanging off me and M not even pulling through my head, literally. They received refunded items, but unable to return the money. Instead they had audacity to try and debit the amount they are supposed to return. Customer service staff absolutely useless, repeating same answer “ someone’s going to call you”. Please avoid this company and don’t waste your time.

When you want to return something they try to ignore you there are a lot of options with a good quality and a good price

Главное знать размер свой ,так как вещи в основном многие модели oversized, это стиль бренда .Если вы не уверены в своём размере этого бренда ,вам лучше прийти в магазин и уточнить с продавцом, он может взглядом определить и посоветовать ваш размер .Если же вы не доверяете продавцу в этом вопросе ,вы можете померить размеры и посмотреть что на каждой вещи указаны размеры ,если онлайн вы не знаете какой из размеров выбрать ,вы можете обратиться в воцап помощь клиентам и уточнить какой размер вам выбрать, если на вещи которую вы выбрали написан размер xs -s ,то online приложении вам нужно выбрать размер s ( если модель девушка ) .Но все же лучше этот вопрос уточнить онлайн, они отвечают сразу же ,максимум 2 минуты вы подождете .А дальше зная ваши размеры и поняв нюансы заказа онлайн , вы сможете заказывать одежду без каких либо проблем. Магазин The Giving Movement находится в Dubai ,Emirates mall . Читая предыдущие комментарии мне жаль что люди не могут догадаться как заказывать на приложении и не могут просто попросить вежливо помощи у ребят в help line WhatApp. И сразу же пишут что компании не существует или что компания обманывает и агресивно воспринимают ситуацию. Это компания, между прочем ,помогает детским домам и отправила 8000 вещей в Турцию и Сирию когда к ним пришло несчастье ,землетрясение .Скачайте себе приложение The Giving Movement и облегчите себе жизнь, не заказывайте на других сайтах где вы потом не можете обменять и не знаете своего номера заказа. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHIPPING RETURN PROCESS. If you order from this company, you better hope you got the correct size the very fist time - otherwise, good luck getting in contact with anyone. You will have to fill out a confusing Proforma Invoice and it's impossible to find the product number (which is needed for the return form). On top of that you have to pay for return shipping at FedEx, or schedule a time for their third party delivery service - Aramex. I've been waiting on the phone to talk to someone from Aramex for 42 minutes now. Giving Movement doesn't have their own customer service phone number. Their website provided me with a Whatsapp number, and after I sent an explanation of what has been going wrong, I got an automatic reply saying they have changed their contact number. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to just eat the $29 I spent with them. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.

If I could give them a zero star I would. Worst company ever dealt with. Zero customer support. They all apologize without any solution. I returned 3 items as they did not fit me and they didn’t have any exchange policy so I returned and bought them in different size, but those returned items until now they have not refunded. Every time I call them or text them they say just a day or two and its been 14 days no refund. Never will be dealing with them again. As for the quality of their products their even below average.

The worst return service I have ever had.
