Scammers , deliver wrong size and don’t do returns !!! Say lie on call center and than different information on WhatsApp !!!

It’s the worst when come to deliver the item its week to receive almost impossible to receive and they won’t return the item 

I got myself items at a discount, and it was my first ever order after a long time of hesitation. The quality and customer service are excellent, BUT besides their overpriced items comes the no-exchange policy and no return on discounted items. additionally, their sizes are very different from the normal known sizes so you have to pay attention when ordering any of the items so as not to fall for the trap i fill in: items received were bigger than the normal size i usually have so i ended up declined by their CRM team. this is absolutely not making happy customers across the way.

Seriously? Talk about a letdown! I'm a new customer here, stoked to support a business all about "giving," but my first experience fell way short.

I ordered a shirt, and guess what? Wrong size. No biggie, right? Wrong. When I asked for an exchange, they shut me down, no refunds or swaps. Where's the love for a newbie who just wants a shirt that fits?

Their whole spiel about transforming lives through giving? Yeah, they missed the memo on that one. How am I supposed to trust or recommend a place that drops the ball this hard on customer care?

Hey, management, time for a reality check. If you're all about giving, start with your customers. Until then, count me out for any future buys or referrals.


once an aspirational brand to me. I finally made my first purchase but shockingly this turned out to be the most disappointing experience I have ever faced shopping online. my request of exchange is not eligible because I used a discount code of 20%. WHAT

How can your policy say no to exchange or refund after offering a 45% discount on the item? And running ads to show EXTRA 20% off on the same item. Then your support team throws a fact of return policy page that says no eligibility for exchange or refund for items over 40% discount??? WHY

How can you not allow your first time customer to exchange on size ? Appalled by your customer service practice. 

I can never trust to buy again from the same brand. And holding a title of 'Giving back' , it's a fallacy.  Definitely not buying or giving!
