  • They put picture for the whole set in the picture ( top and short or pants) with little discerption regarding the top either shirt or zip hoodies..but after the delivery you find out they sent only the top claiming it was written as discerption of the top !! But why they but all pictures with full set?? This confuses the customers . Not only this problem! I requested return and refund for more than two week and no one has picked it up the product yet. Very bad company and poor service. I don’t recommend to trust it again. Please Don’t believe the big advertisers about this company. In my opinion it is way of cheating. Thank you Dr. Amal

  • The worst ever in return/refund policy, Process is a mess and difficult to track you have to chase them by email to get your refund. overrated , not recommended , quality not equal the value

  • Fraudulent return policy. Non-existent customer support. Not a one-time Blip cause this has happened EVERY TIME I have tried to return an order (4 occassions). NEVER AGAIN as much as I like some of their products :(

  • They said that they would collaborate with me..they sended also a contract and then they disappeared!!!!I dont think that they do even exist as a company!

  • I am saddened to have to write this review as I love the brand's concept, values, mission and collections however the quality of their products is extremely poor and the customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. Garment seams coming apart after the firs wear is not normal especially at this price point. I am extremely disappointed and cannot recommend!

  • I wish I could give 0 I have placed an order more than a week ago for a big amount trusting this company and supporting their cause . But till now no one can give me clear answer where is my order what happened to it I’m getting no response and mix information no one calls you and talk to you for the amount you pay you think they have customers service but no nothing. You should not take peoples money when you can’t deliver a service I need my order and I need it this week .

  • They are the worst. Never in my life specially not in Dubai did I ever witness such an unprofessional website. They are 0. After 2 months of placing my order they told me the items i have payed for are not available. Nevertheless, after 2 months I still have not yet received my refund. I filed a complaint, cause i paid a good amount of money. Totally a scam. Companies like them should close.

  • Honestly, probably the worst experience. I am not surprised there is no place to review this brand, it took me time to find this. Didn't even receive my order... Not even sure the refund was processed because it became more of a hassle than anything. Not a fan at all, absolutely a waste of money. I really don't recommend it to anyone, also, extremely overpriced, I understand it's sustainable, but I have found several other sustainable brands that are much more reasonably priced. Also, the logo on the shirt is basically a copy of offwhite, get your own designs.

  • HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Do not buy from them. Very slow customer service. Ordered two weeks ago and I didn't get my order! They even shipped my order missing a t-shirt and they didn't provide a full refund even! Unprofessional treatment compared to the high prices. Slow delivery and good luck getting back your money! Overrated brand!

    It’s shit! They never answer on WhatsApp and they keep telling me on email that they will send my order. It’s been 3 weeks and this is a horrible experience. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They are shit trust me!

  • I ordered two weeks ago and my order is still not there. I have contacted customer service several times on whatsapp there is no answer and the email always says it will be sent next week, which will probably not be the case this week because there are holidays. they have nothing under control and lie around instead of answering honestly. I'm starting to doubt that the things are manufactured in the uae and that they therefore have problems keeping to their delivery times. I'm curious when my order will arrive and whether it's the right one.

    They claim to be eco-friendly yet they don't allow exchanges, only return and re-purchase. This has already resulted in 4 deliveries/pickups and two thousand dirhams on their pocket which haven't been refunded over a week later. Finally I only need to change 1 shirt from Medium to Small but they won't exchange so another two driver visits to come (SOOOOOO SUSTAINABLE!!) and they refuse to send me a code so I'd actually have to pay more for the same piece that doesn't fit.
