This gets 2 stars because the quality of their product is amazing, but their customer service negates ANY quality. I received an email on 9/22 re them having a flash sale. This prompted me to go to their website to shop and maybe order the items I already had in my cart. I entered the flash sale code to see if it would be applied to the items I already had in my cart. It did. I then went back to shopping thinking I may add something else to my cart. I didn’t anything else to my cart, so I went to checkout and entered the flash sale code again. It said that it applied, so I hit the pay button. It charged me the full amount, not the flash sale amount. I immediately emailed their customer service stating that I accidentally made the purchase for the wrong amount, thinking I may have done something wrong, but I knew I hadn’t. I waited until after work the same day to contact them by phone since I hadn’t received so much as a notification of receipt of my email. I was on the phone with customer service in excess of 22 minutes to no avail. The rep told me that my items had already shipped, a lie. I had just ordered that morning. It was now only after 4 PM CST. He told me this to try and justify why the order couldn’t be canceled. All I was seeking really was the 35% discount on the items I had purchased. He said the code could not be applied anymore because that sale was on 9/22. It was 9/22 just after 4 PM CST while we were having the conversation. Not to mention he knew the sale was valid at the time I made the purchase. He then offered me a 35% discount on a future purchase. That’s not a discount. That’s me spending more money. I will NEVER spend more money with them! They have lost a loyal customer with this one. I told the rep I wanted off the hamster wheel with him and asked if I could speak with someone higher up. He told me that he was a customer service rep, and that he was the only one answering the phone, another lie. So, I said, “If I hang up and call back, you’re the one that’s going to pick up the phone?” He said, “Well, no.” Exactly. I told him that this could all be made right if they just ran the discounted amount of $69.30 back to my original form of payment. He said he would open up a case that will allow that to happen and I’d receive a confirmation email referencing that. I received the email. It mentions NOTHING about being refunded the amount of the discount. It only states that someone will be contacting me re my order. I won’t hold my breath. Shop cautiously with this company. They are not in the good customer service business. Good quality clothing/merchandise comes a dime a dozen. Good customer service is priceless. Spend your dollars where they are appreciated. UPDATE: This is an update on my initial review regarding my customer service interaction with this company. I’m increasing my review from 2 to 3. After being on a hamster wheel with them for a week, I was finally issued a refund. So, they did make the situation right. Had my experience with customer service gone as it should have initially, I would have given this company a rating of 4 for the quality of their products and for how quickly it arrives. The reason I would not rate it a 5 is because I don’t thing their sizing chart is accurate. Consider sizing up 1-2 sizes when ordering.

The main issue with this product is not the clothing itself; that is fantastic quality, albeit a little expensive. Comfortable, stylish and well fitting. the problem is EVERYTHING ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY heart goes out to you if you need a return or refund. You cannot for the life of you get anyone to collect your parcel. The customer service reps will lie to you, misinform you, anything to get out of actually providing the customer service you should receive for the price you pay. I went from loving the brand to wanting absolutely nothing more to do with them. All the "giving" movement has given me is a huge headache!

I've been ordering from TGM for the last year, all I can say is that it's an amazing experience, design, out of the box brand. Was provided excellent customer service. All responses were prompt and professional, efficient communication, and a really easy way to get a resolution.

Minus -100 is my mark! The worst service I have ever had all over the world Big problems with delivery and with assistance after wrong delivery Ppl who work there understand nothing , if you are trying to contact them to solve your issue all that they can is we are sorry bla bla bla . They did nothing to solve my issue . I did it by myself ! Never watse time on ordering in the giving movement, pls do not support such "businesses" .
