Reviews mention

  • Modern, stylish arrangement aesthetics
  • Seasonally rotating bouquet selection
  • Clear farm-sourcing transparency
  • Reliable, easy subscription deliveries
  • Inconsistent freshness and stem quality
  • Sparse, underfilled bouquet density
  • Dry, unwatered shipping presentation
  • Photo-reality mismatch in arrangements

The Bouqs earns mixed reviews: the brand delights many with modern, seasonally rotating arrangements, reliable subscriptions, and farm-sourced transparency, yet it frustrates others with inconsistent quality, wilted or dead-on-arrival stems, and bouquets that often look sparse or unlike site photos. Reviews also cite delayed deliveries and presentation issues (boxed, unarranged, no water), while fans praise fresh blooms that open over 1–2 days and last about a week, stylish selections, and an easy-to-use platform.

  • Mother's Day flowers arrived today, buttercream arrangement. While my mom was appreciative, she was very put off by the quality. Flowers looked half dead, some were falling apart, and there was mold on some of the stems. For the price, this is unacceptable quality. I contacted customer service to voice my complaints and rep on chat was not helpful. Kept pushing back that 'maybe' if she trimmed they would look more alive. Asked for partial refund and they refused. Was not listening at all to my complaints. When the first words out of the customer's mouth are "I would suggest though that you stop using the company" and the company doesn't care, maybe that's a sign that it's not a service to bet on in the future.

  • I have had a subscription with Bouqs for years. The quality of the product has been declining for some time. One of my biggest frustrations is they do not put any type of water container on the flowers. Living in Southern California where temperatures can reach 100+ degrees, the flowers sometimes arrive wilted or last only a couple of days. For these prices, it's just not worth it. In addition, my breaking point occurred just today when I found out that the bouquet I had ordered for Mother's Day was canceled. Instead of charging my default credit card on file, they tried to charge my expired account which caused my order to be canceled. It's now too late for them to get a bouquet to my Mom in time for Mother's Day. I'm frustrated and disappointed so I'm done. I have over 20 years of customer service experience. If I had ever disappointed a customer they way I was disappointed today, I would have found a way to make it right for the customer. Their solution was an order arriving 5/19, the Friday after Mother's Day...that's not a solution!

You'd be better off going to Costco and sending a bouquet via UPS. It would be cheaper and just as good or better quality.

  • I placed my order for Mother’s Day flowers on May 5th, 2023. I paid over $100 for my order and put my mom’s workplace as the delivery address. I received an email on May 12th, 2023 (the day of delivery) saying my order would be delayed to May 13th, 2023. Normally not a big deal however her workplace is closed on Saturday as most 9-5’s are. I contacted customer support via email and was told I couldn’t change the delivery address because it’s already been shipped. On the tracking page it says Status: Packed. NOT shipped. I have now wasted over $100 and will NEVER be ordering from this company again.
