i really enjoy my tempo weights. i don’t have the fancy pants mirror, but the weight system is where it’s at. 

when i purchased it i didn’t have an iphone, which meant i couldn’t take advantage of the workout program that’s supposed to work in tandem with it. honestly, i’m okay with that!

the free weights are super easy to use and it comes with a variety of weights you can add on. you can always purchase the heavier additions over time, but i haven’t had a need for that. 

the storage is also great as a nightstand. i keep it on the side of my bed and after i do my at home workouts, i store everything up and move on with my day. 

We've had the Tempo since fall of 2020 - even hauled it from VA to NH when we moved. This is a workout staple for us. Love that we have the full weight set that I can use for other workouts and there is tons of variety for classes. I dock them one star because they have no early morning East coast classes (based on West coast) but we do love our Tempo. 

The motion tracking/sensing can definitely be a bit buggy (I think too much natural light might be the culprit for my setup).  It’s also a bit unclear sometimes if you are being actively tracked or if you have moved slightly  out of range and it’s easy for it to miss reps. 
I am going to adjust my personal setup and see if I can improve on these but I have seen some similar feedback from reviews I read prior to purchasing. 

Wanted a home solution for weight training that offered classes - what made me choose this was the form and feedback aspect. You dock your phone and complete your workout  in range of your phone and it not only knows what weights you are using but tracks your reps, gives pointers on form and makes suggestions on whether to graduate to heavier weights (exceeding recommended reps) or lighten up.  Large variety of classes to choose from with plenty of quick options for when you don’t have a ton of time. 

Please save your money. It's a headache if you get a faulty unit. Very unhelpful support and they will try to give you extenders and such, when what you may need is a new until that actually works consistently.

Tempo Studio Connection Issues--poor support! My Tempo worked great for about 3 months, then I have been having issues connecting since. I believe it to be a faulty NIC card, but when I try to get support, they Tshoot over and over until providing an extender, that worked once. I spend more time calling with issues and troubleshooting than I get to even work out with it. I am a network engineer and know my network. My IOT devices work fine, but not this one.... or at least not for long.
