Tempo Studio Connection Issues--poor support! My Tempo worked great for about 3 months, then I have been having issues connecting since. I believe it to be a faulty NIC card, but when I try to get support, they Tshoot over and over until providing an extender, that worked once. I spend more time calling with issues and troubleshooting than I get to even work out with it. I am a network engineer and know my network. My IOT devices work fine, but not this one.... or at least not for long.

Please save your money. It's a headache if you get a faulty unit. Very unhelpful support and they will try to give you extenders and such, when what you may need is a new until that actually works consistently.
