As the first pistachio milk in the U.S., Táche is a community-first brand creating a new category in alternative milk. Táche is rooted in three pillars: better tasting, better for the environment, and better for you.

As a first-generation Iranian-American, pistachios were a mainstay in Roxana Saidi’s home growing up. They were her favorite not only for their cultural significance in Middle Eastern homes but also for their numerous health benefits. In 2015, Roxana started making pistachio milk as an alternative to almond milk, which was depleting her native CA of water during its worst drought on record. Elated to learn pistachios require significantly less water than almonds, Roxana set out to create a more sustainable, delicious alt-milk and without any of the unhealthy added oil of oat milk.

Táche is a values-driven company. As part of our ethos as a female-led and founded company, we proudly donate a portion of our profits to fund education and empowerment for young women and girls in our community. We have partnered with The Lower Eastside Girls Club of New York as our nonprofit partner.

Táche earns strong reviews for creamy, pistachio-forward pistachio milk that shines in matcha, iced coffee, smoothies, and cereal, with many praising its smooth texture, beautiful packaging, and lack of added oils—so yes, the brand is good and often works as advertised. However, reviews also flag inconsistent performance in hot espresso (curdling or flavor shift), occasional watery texture, overly sweet vanilla for some, and persistent complaints about price and limited store availability.

Good but not worth the price. With a whole universe of milk alternatives out there, the taste of Tache does not stand out enough to justify the high price point. I'm glad I tried it but likely won't repurchase in the future.

I love anything pistachio, and had to try their pistachio milk when I first saw one in-store. Makes delicious, rich, nutty latte. It foams alright with my breville espresso machine. This also works great iced!

Absolutely my favorite milk alternative on the market. I prefer to use it in baking and cooking. I know it is becoming a saturated market of different milk types, but genuinely, this is probably one of the best tasting out there. Pairs well with Matcha. 

Love pistachio milk. Love Tache. I love making lattes with them, I wish more places carried it!

Love love love this pistachio milk. It is so delicious and the branding on the box is so fun! Huge fan. Also it is super easy to find at Target or the grocery store for example which is a huge plus as well
