Reviews mention

  • Invisible, weightless application
  • Makeup-friendly, primer texture
  • No white-cast formulas
  • Wide, innovative assortment
  • Occasional oily finish
  • Eye-stinging spray/mist
  • Pilling with some routines
  • Limited tint shade range

Supergoop! earns largely positive reviews for making daily SPF wearable and effective, with Unseen Sunscreen, Glowscreen, and PLAY praised for clear application, no white cast, and makeup-friendly textures. Reviews also flag weaknesses: some formulas feel oily or silicone-heavy, can sting eyes or cause breakouts, Glowscreen separates or runs shiny, shade range needs expansion, and several users question ingredients or SPF efficacy versus cheaper K‑beauty dupes.

  • Love.love.love supergoop! A little bit on the pricier side, but at least I know my makeup isn't getting smudged with a second application.

  • Amazing sunscreen!! This is my new go to in my skincare routine. They have great ingredients in their products which are safe to use on your face.

    More eco friendly packaging

  • This is my favorite sunscreen I've tried. It feels just like applying lotion, without any greasy feeling! I also recommend the matte sunscreen & powder for daily use because it looks just like makeup. While this product can be expensive, I think it is well worth the price. I've solely purchased their mineral based products.

  • I really like the Unseen sunscreen. It has a texture that feels similar to a primer, rather than a lotion. It applies smoothly, without feeling greasy.

    Feedback

I wish the price point was lower. I tend to use a facial moisturizer with sunscreen, which I tend to use more because it’s more economical.

  • My go-to sunscreen! It's a bit on the pricey side but I think it's worth the money -- I have super oily skin and this is the only one that doesn't make me feel super greasy by noon.

  • The Unseen Sunscreen and vit c sunscreen leave my skin pretty deng flawless.

    Feedback

The Vit C sunscreen's bottle is a little awkward and wasteful. You can't tell how much of the product is left in the bottle and its impossible to open it to get the last drops out.

  • I've tried a bunch of the different sunscreens they offer and liked all of them. The unseen sunscreen one is a winner if you are a POC. No white cast, feels really good on the skin.

    Feedback

    Bigger bottles.

  • good suncare items, have used the invisible sunscreen which has an interesting texture and seems to work well

    Feedback

not my favorite sunscreen because it pills

  • Great variety of sunscreen products and it works super well (have yet to be burned!). Love the branding and different options (e.g. my kid happily puts on the Mousse style sun screen but hates normal stuff).

    Feedback

Sometimes hard to get in the summer months (lots of things sold out!), which makes stocking up before big beach vacations hard.

  • I love using Supergoop's Unseen Sunscreen right before I apply my makeup. It feels like moisturizing sticky oil that makes my skin glow. A little bit goes a long way and I like knowing that my face is protected without it being too obvious that I have sunscreen on.

    Feedback

The product itself feels more oily to apply than other sunscreen brands but after it's on my face it feels fine.

  • The formula of the Unseen Sunscreen is exactly what I was hoping for, and the Supergoop products are great on my sensitive skin!

  • I love the fun packaging and the idea of products but everything I have tried has mildly irritated my skin. Great idea and product for most but not all.

    Feedback

I would like to see a sensitive skin line of the unseen sunscreen to expand use for those with sensitive and easily irritated skin.

  • Love the unseen sunscreen. The light formula and the coverage is great.

    Feedback

    Price is a bit high.

  • Really great texture and smell, which are 2 things I'm really sensitive to when it comes to sunscreen. I've never burned while using it, and white cast is minimal.

    Feedback

Price point makes it hard to justify buying over cheaper Japanese & Korean sunscreens :(

  • Supergoop is my go to for daily wear SPF. the unseen is my every day SPF and the glow screen is what I use when I go to the beach or day drinking in. Love it!

  • I think Supergoop was almost a gateway for me into more affordable but still great K-beauty sunscreens. some of their more liquidy formulas are very similar, and I think if you like Supergoop and are into the concepts that K-beauty is pushing, it's worth looking into those as well!

  • I really wanted to love this brand! I found the play sunscreen to be way too thick, it never quite sinks into the skin and I can always feel that it's on. It also stings my eyes really bad!

    Feedback

Would love to see a more lightweight every day all over sunscreen from this brand.

  • Pricey, especially w/ other alternatives hitting the market, I used the Unseen, but I do have sensitive skin and notice that if I'm active and sweating a lot it irritates my skin.

    Feedback

    remove the scents??

  • feels really nice on the skin! works great (sunscreen) and does not feel heavy or greasy!

  • I tried the unseen sunscreen and the body mist. It was really easy to use and implement in my daily routine. I don't love the consistency, I have oily skin and it leaves a little bit of a residue after, but it goes away after it sits on the skin a bit.
