Supergoop! wins strong reviews for making daily SPF genuinely wearable and effective, with Unseen Sunscreen praised as weightless, invisible, and makeup‑primer smooth, and Glow Screen loved for its luminous tint; however, many reviews flag greasiness, pilling, breakouts, and mixed protection on long, hot days. • Love the unseen super goop! I love the light weight texture and glow it gives. It’s also clear and doesn’t give off a white cast which is a huge plus. However, it’s hard to justify the price tag when there are other sunscreens that are similar now. It’s a nice “treat yourself” sunscreen.

  • Love the consistency of this sunscreen!

  • This is in my constant beauty product rotation. Ever since discovering this lotion, I’ve never looked back! It’s not greasy. Works great for everyday wear. And it’s protecting my skin which I’m prioritizing a lot more lately.

  • I think I like this sunscreen. The unseen goes on like a good primer. But the other sunscreens are tinted and the oil goes a long way. But it does leave little whiteheads. So if you are prone to acne, beware.

  • This is the best sunscreen, especially for use on your face. I'm not someone who wears makeup anymore but this sunscreen by Goop reminds me of some fancier primer I used to wear under foundation. There are no white casts, the sunscreen is the color and thickness to patroleum jelly without the greasiness or stickiness. It's worth the price in my opinion. No one can tell I'm wearing it which I also enjoy.

  • Was amazed how Dewey and lightweight this sunscreen felt on my skin. Will definitely be using everyday because it makes my skin glooow. Highly recommend even for these sunny winter days.

  • I have had a bottle of Supergoop! broad spectrum 50 SPF sunscreen oil with meadowfoam for a long time. It's non-greasy, light and helps protect my skin while I'm gardening or cycling. I will get this again. I also like the clean, vegan formulas.

  • Supergoop! Glowscreen SPF 40 is a multifunctional product that not only offers sun protection but also enhances the skin's appearance with its luminous finish. Its hydrating and skin-loving ingredients make it a valuable addition to any skincare routine. The Glowscreen has a creamy texture that blends seamlessly into the skin, imparting a subtle glow without being greasy. It serves as an excellent base for makeup, enhancing the longevity and appearance of foundation. It blurs imperfections and provides a smooth canvas for makeup application.

  • I love supergoop products. They are high quality and don't break out my skin. I like the spray, but it is alcohol based. It doesn't dry my skin out and is moisturizing. It's nice to layer on SPF over makeup throughout the day. The container is not great though and frequently is hard to spray or breaks.

  • This is one of those SPF brands that has remained true to their DNA as others come and go. While not all of their formulations are clean (shocking, I know, but really only their mineral sunscreens are CLEAN CLEAN), they have perfected formulation, making sun care fun, and cult classics - PRO TIP : use the Unseen as your makeup primer.

  • The Supergoop! Glowscreen is your instant glow-up in a tube—dewy, radiant, and SPF-packed. It gives skin a pearly luminosity that doubles as a makeup primer or worn solo for a lit-from-within finish. The texture is lightweight and silky, blending like skincare. My only caution? If you have oily or acne-prone skin, it might lean too shiny and has the potential to clog pores with daily use.

  • This stuff is fantastic! I can't believe how this moisturizer feels going on. It's literally like silk. It's clear, super soft, and isn't sticky or heavy whatsoever. It absorbs quickly and doesn't leave a grease puddle in its wake. My skin feels so soft throughout the day, and it doesn't get gunky if you reapply and layer. I'm really anxious to try some of their other products! It's definitely not cheap though.

  • Supergoop is one of the sunscreen brands I tend to reach for. I like that they have a wide variation of types of sunscreen. I use the Glow Screen pretty regularly, sometimes even as primer for makeup. It's a little pricey, but that's pretty standard for sunscreen in the US I feel.

  • I have tried the play mineral sunscreen and the glow screen. The mineral sunscreen gives me such a bad whitecast I look purple. The glow screen is really pretty but it’s so shiny that I only use it as highlighter which makes me feel like I’m not getting the spf benefits, especially for the price.

  • I'm giving super goop products a five-star rating because I learned that they I have added new products that satisfy the issues I found with the two supergoop sunscreens I have purchased in the past. I originally switched over because I wanted to find protection that had clean ingredients and surprisingly it's much harder to find than one would think. I found that super goop had less toxicity than the acure brand I used to buy at whole foods regularly. Super goop is also a lot pricier however I understand why. I was in particular looking for a product with zinc and that's what I got I used both the play spray with mineral and the cream with mineral and that mineral was a bit of a hassle. If you are a planner and preparer I would definitely recommend the mineral sunscreens as they really do offer a strong barrier of protection for the skin but blending it in without a white cast residue left behind is a challenge. Since I procrastinate I've always had to apply it at the beach or pool upon arrival and then visit the locker rooms if I'm going solo to ensure I've rubbed in all the white otherwise whoever's with me is put to work as we try to get the sunscreen absorbed without the ghostly white film. One summer when I was working at camp I had very little time and slapped this on hurriedly, the kids got a kick out of it they thought I was dressing up as a ghost for the day. I had not seen my reflection until after. The crazy thing is that it didn't all come out in the shower like it took a couple days but it got less pronounced. Anyway I'm still giving them five stars because I found on their website sheer options, matte, and more, to satisfy diverse consumers. I do recommend the spray over the cream just based on my experience with the minerals it's easier to rub in but I will definitely be trying their invisible items. Also the option not to have a fragrance is so appreciated, thank you super goop!

  • I really enjoy how smooth the product application is. It doesn't feel greasy or sticky and services as a good base layer to start applying makeup. There is no strong fragrance or odor and you only need a little bit to go a long way.

  • I love this stuff and always apply before I head outside, no matter the time of year! It’s discreet and doesn’t leave a greasy sheen like some other products. I also love that it doesn’t interfere with other moisturizers I may have applied earlier. A little goes a long way, and it’s easy to feel but not easy to see on your skin, which I love!

  • I’ve been using Supergoop’s PLAY lotion and I genuinely like it. It doesn’t feel heavy or sticky, blends in nicely under makeup (or on its own), and I don’t worry about white cast when I’m wearing it. That said, I’m still in the “trying more of the brand” phase. While this one’s doing a good job, I haven’t tested every scenario yet (outdoor heavy sun, super humid travel days) enough to say it’s flawless. If you’re picky about texture, feel, or mixing with other makeup/skin-products, it’s solid - but I’ll keep paying attention to how it holds up in tougher conditions.

  • I've found both the Glowscreen and the Unseen Sunscreen to be effective, easy to apply, and not greasy or cakey. I've started to prefer the Unseen Sunscreen more often because the metallic shimmer of Glowscreen can sometimes be too much. Also, you need to be careful about not letting them sit in the heat - I've had a couple different bottles separate after being in my purse in a hot car, and neither was the same after that. I really try to leave them at home now, which is unfortunate since it would be great to reapply on the go.

  • I have 3 products from Supergoop: the Unseen Sunscreen SPF 40, the Play Everyday Lotion (the jumbo one with the pump!), and the Play Lip Balm. I really like all three but have been absolutely dazzled by the Play Lip Balm and the Unseen Sunscreen. The Unseen Sunscreen is perfect for my face and it's amazing that it leaves no white sheen on my skin. The Play Lip Balm is the best lip balm I've ever had and I'm recommending it to everyone. My only gripe with the Supergoop sunscreen is that it veers pretty expensive and sometimes I wonder if I could get a similar quality product for less.
