I adore this mat. I have knee problems, and this is the best mat I've used. It folds up to provide extra padding if you need it, and to store neatly. Every other mat I've tried is either too thin to be comfortable on my knees without a blanket or something else for padding, or it is too soft so it is unstable. My one concern about this mat is the longevity. I've had no issues yet, but it feels like it will be easier to damage and degrade more quickly than other mats in this price range. However, this mat is beyond worth it to me. I would recommend the Stakt Mat Pro to anyone with joint pain.
