Horrible service! I signed up for a free trial and they still put a hold on my funds of $170 immediately and won’t take it off until I return the product. Which takes weeks and weeks to receive. They refuse to cancel your order, and apparently aren’t able to contact this own shipping department for you. Don’t waste your time and money.

Love the product descriptions when searching the site to buy. They fully explain what to expect when using the product. Their eye cream is amazing and I will definitely be going back for more. The checkout process is super simple and only took me about two minutes to complete. I also love that they have a subscribe and save option!

I really like their liquid collagen. It is a little pricey but I do appreciate the quality of the product as well as the auto ship. Has done wonders for my hair and skin

Very expensive with beautiful packaging, but not convinced this brand is entirely worth it. I have a friend that works for the brand so all the products I have were free, and I likely would not have purchased on my own, mostly because of the price point. My favorite product is the hair mask.

I underwent a survey for a personalized hair product and used it over the span of a few weeks. Left my hair stronger and more healthy than before. Also they had great customer service for my order.

SpoiledChild ads got me. Their packaging is super cool: frosted glass with colored aluminum like bottle encased. Definitely wish there was more product for what I was paying for.

This product is just absolutely amazing and I'm in love with how well it works! It has made my skin way better than before! I can't wait to buy more of this product and other spoiled child products!!!!

I like their collagen supplements, tasty and I think they work pretty well

I have wavy/curly hair pending the location on my head as I got different wave textures. I tried out the S24 after looking at different reviews. I felt that it was a nicely scented product. It was easy to follow the instructions and my hair felt nice after I washed the product out. You don't need a lot but I have very thick hair past my armpits. After drying my hair I felt it was easier to comb through. I had to add additional products to my hair to maintain its waves and curls.

It seems as though spoildchild is assessing all of their negative reviews and actively calibrating. I read a ton of negative reviews regarding their customer service and noticed they took accountability and reached out through each step of my ordering process. My order was not late, they projected a later time of delivery, yet my package arrived 3 days early. So far this company has done more in actively trying to figure their shit out than most companies I've experienced. *Will update later with results of consistent product use*

I was on tiktok then I stumbled upon an ad from them that claims "first order is free, just pay shipping" and "fast customer service, open 7 days a week" or something like that. I purchased an order and 2 days later I found out my card was charged $50! I emailed them about it and it took them 4 days to respond with unhelpful information along with a bunch of guilt tripping. The email stated the same thing from the FAQ page as if I didn't already look. Now I have to wait for another email since I emailed them back. Overall just a scam and just want your money. Genuinely pretty mad and upset. AND MY BOYFRIENDS BIRTHDAY IS IN A WEEK AND THAT TOOK OFF 1/3 OF HIS BIRTHDAY GIFT!!!

I am very upset about my experience so far. There was a very expensive hold placed on my credit card….$164 to be exact. I want my money released now!! Follow up: I continue to be given excuses as to why the hold has not been released yet. I am now being told that it is my bank that is holding the money and I need to contact them. I honestly feel like this is a scam. Also, I have yet to receive updated shipping information. The tracking numbers I have been given don’t work.

This subscription service failed every time. Over 9 months I tried to use these products but there is zero customer service. The payments always glitch - be very careful - they always ask for new pmt methods and then they say OOPS that doesn’t work (when it works everywhere else). Very frustrating.

I recently tried one of the hair masks, and I absolutely adore the scent. I've been able to use it a few times and really enjoyed how soft it left my hair. I have had fewer tangles and frizz which is a miracle in the humidity and heat in this area currently. I do love the packaging style, but the outer covering makes it a bit hard to read, but otherwise zero complaints. If you're already shopping in this price range for hair products or collagen, I'd definitely give them a shot. I can't wait to see what innovations they try next!
