I tried the hair growth serum and face serum. I didn’t see any difference in either product. The bottle was cool but that’s about as good as it gets. Not worth the money at all.
The products could have worked and that would have been good.
I got a product with their trial feature but am not sure I saw any results. The packaging and branding is really nice but I don't know if it really worked. However, they did let me extend my trial and have great customer service.

I received my liquid collagen by mail. The taste is good don't have to worry about powder chunks, mango flavor is the best. However I have one major complaint. This company is a SCAM!!!! They push their products on customers, and charged my card $137 without permission for hair serum and other products. Aggressive sales person, worst than car dealerships.
I ordered one bottle of liquid collagen and was charged $137 for items I did not order. When asked for a refund after unauthorized charges, I told it was just a preauthorized charge for security purposes and not an actual order, and the money will be returned into my account within 2-4 business days. Well that wasn't so, the money was never returned to my account and I got two orders from the company In the mail. My original order and the unauthorized order. After emailing them about the matter I was told to call my bank because they don't deal with fraud returns. Fraud! you are the one who charged my wrongfully account. So I requesting a return labeled for a refund on their website, shortly after I received an email asking me to keep the items I wish to return and they'll give me a $75 discount. " What?!" By this time Im pissed. I returned the items and still waiting for my refund. This company is a SCAM!!!! They push their products on customers, and charge their cards without permission. Aggressive sales person, worst than car dealerships.
Will start with a caveat that I haven't been using for long - but have both the classic hair serum / spray and the edible biotin gummies. Both are fine so far and agree with other reviews that the marketing and design are definitely very well thought out and beautiful. Will see if it matches the works of other hair strengthening & hair growth companies. Used to use Nutrofol and just became a bit much to take 4 pills a day so thought this was an easier alternative
Ive been taking the Spoiled Child collagen for a few weeks now. I am overall very happy with the taste and format of the product. I like that they have a 60 day return guarantee, though I haven't actually verified how easy or not it is to take advantage of that. I didn't subscribe to anything so I haven't had any of the issues that other reviewers have had with charges. I also haven't had any issue with receiving what I have ordered.
It will supposedly take a while to see results, which makes it hard to notice results. Shipping is slow. I wish the bottles weren't plastic.
SpoiledChild ads got me. Their packaging is super cool: frosted glass with colored aluminum like bottle encased. Definitely wish there was more product for what I was paying for.
Tried the hair serum- messaged them to tell them it was t working and they continue to charge my card. Didn’t stand behind the money back. I still use the anti aging cream although I’m not sure I’m seeing a difference but my it does absorb well and doesn’t leave it greasy. The bottles and packaging are cool.
@spoiledchildworld i have sent several requests to your team - hoping for a response - you guys billed me credit card $92.99 and have been MIA since - how are you promoting everyday with absolute nov customer service - my item is not received - money gone from my credit card - im about to note you at BBB - to everyone here enquiring - please watch out a possible SCAM ALERT !! they take money form you and don’t respond for days !! their responses are automated and nothing gets shipped !!
I also wouldn't consider the AI personalization super sophisticated, more of a sort and filter quiz, but really enjoy the product itself. I got the anti-aging serum with retinol and only use at night, but it didn't irritate my skin with use in tandem to Differin Gel, and honestly made my skin feel more plump the next morning. Good combination of immediate results + potential preventative results.
The pump works fine, but sometimes I get a bit of that slightly solidified blob of product at the mouth of hole.
