I’ve tried many different candies from this brand and while I do think that they’re a close second to their original counterparts, SmartSweets tastes like healthy candy. Personally, I think that some flavors are a hit or miss, but there’s no debate that you get a healthier alternative at an affordable and reasonable price. Hopefully you find a flavor for you.

The peach rings and fake sour patch kids are unreal. Don't feel as guilty eating this candy.

I mean it is like a gummy but the texture was not as chewy and I wasn’t really a fan of the flavor

Tried smart sweets in an effort to limit my sugars. I was hesitant but they actually taste sweet and help me with my sweet cravings. I like them!

honestly, I know it is supposed to have less sugar and be healthier and what not, but it doesn’t taste the best. It has this weird powder on it that kind of shields a taste. I wouldn’t buy it with my own money and probably wouldn’t have anyone else buy it for me. If someone else did buy it for me as a present, I would potentially eat it.

I loved the idea of them. The texture of the few I’d tried wasn’t it for me, but I also know how gummy product are made, and appreciate how difficult it is to emulate an artificial candy with clean ingredients. Love the mission, and not giving up as they improve their product formulations!

These are really tasty. Do they have the same texture as traditional candy? No. But do they provide a pop of joy with less sugar? You bet.

I'm addicted to sugar so it is only natural to eat it, but with Smart Sweets I don't have to worry about how much I eat with its low sugar content! The watermelon version are my favourite! Honestly even better than the sugary ones..

Meh - this product is just okay for me. I can appreciate the concept of replacing some of your favorite sweets with a healthier option but the taste of these are hit and miss for me depending on which product. I don’t find myself reaching for these products in the store

I was really excited to see vegan "healthy" candy more widely available, but this is not worth the price. They would benefit from not trying to be imitations of better products, and the advertised health benefits are not accurate. If you're not vegan, having the non-imitation candies in moderation is honestly going to be better & cost way less.

They are very different from the original candies they are trying to imitate in texture and taste. They are low-calorie, but not worth it for the amount of sugar alcohol in them. You are much better off eating the real thing in moderation!

It’s a good idea but the texture and flavors are all a little off. A lot of their gummies are too sticky and gum up on your teeth.

LOVE this product. The fish are my favourite treat when I'm craving candy but don't want all the cals!

I discovered this brand while doing some "low carb" days to compliment my workout routine. I needed something sweet and these were recommended (by a blogger I ran across, I think?). I was concerned they'd taste artificial, but they are delicious and definitely satisfy a sweet tooth. My favorite are the sweet and sour (like sour patch kids) ones and the peach rings (so tasty!). You won't miss the sugar.

They were good! Have a big sweet tooth and they def hit the spot

If you want to indulge without the guilt, these are pretty solid.

Great alternative for people trying to limit sugar intake. It taste just like the original candy.

Very tasty, not as sweet as regular candy

They’re not the greatest low sugar candy. The taste is decent, but they do get stuck to your teeth like glue! The quantity is quite pitiful as well. I’ve had the peach rings and swedish fish and there was no more than a small handful in each bag.
