I used to regularly buy sweet treats candies, but they get boring pretty quickly. Aside from being low sugar, they don’t seem super healthy, so I’d rather splurge on more indulgent treats every once in a while. 

I was drawn in by the cute packaging and the low-sugar, but the taste and texture aren't the best. They're fine in a pinch, but wouldn't go out of my way for them. 

A good low sugar option with cute packaging and fun choices. The texture is a little off - softer and stickier than flavors they may be trying to imitate. And sometimes has that sugar alternative after-taste.

Should be reformulated to attempt to improve the texture and taste. These are barely palatable. 

Great that these are a "healthy" option, but the flavor and texture is quite bad. 

Tasty! As a vegetarian, it is rare for me to be able to enjoy chewy, tart, yummy candies. Smart Sweets is the whole package.

These sweets claim to be a low sugar better for you alternative to nostalgic candies and it does so with a few compromises. The texture of these candies especially the gummies lack the bouncy type of jelly texture that the originals have and trades it for something a lot more firm and set in. Considering the huge difference in sugar content and the added fiber, I think it's a good item to curb bad sugar habits and functions exceptionally in that mode. 

My wife is a huge candy person but we're always trying to cut back on sweets. I bought her a couple different types of Smart Sweets, super excited to have her try them out.
Big let down. She was immediately disappointed in the taste. I couldn't believe it so had to try for myself and was also super disappointed. They were so bad she didn't even finish the bag and we were hesitant to even try the other flavors. 

These are almost a guaranteed purchase for me whenever I'm at a Whole Foods. The sour rings and Sour Patch Kids have a strange texture to them but their gummy bears are incredible.

Love these, taste great, can give you gas if you're sensitive to chicory root fiber.
