Sibeiho’s Sambals are just the right condiment for anything! I love putting a spoonful in noodle dishes and dipping sauce for dumplings. Not only it gives the spicy zing but also enhances the umami flavor in a dish.

I love the Sambals they have! I mostly use it in my veggies to give them more flavor. I have tried it on meat as well which was yummy!

I love these sambals!! A great way to spice up your dinners, especially when you're in a cooking rut. I gave them to my "foodie" brother, and he raved about them. If they meet his standards, then they must be good.

Love everything they made! Thank you for bringing Singapore taste to PDX. Obsessed with their Kaya it’s so delicious and I can eat a full jar by itself in one setting. Their feast are out of this world and if you get a chance to eat with them or go to their pop up, don’t miss it!

A taste of home. It’s not easy finding good sambal in the US! It is the foundation of so many great dishes from Singapore/Malaysia/Indonesia! Its like our version of a condiment in south east Asia! Can’t wait to see what other products they come up with! Bagus!

I ordered the special tingkat dinner that one can pick up on a Sunday at 4pm, and this week was a curry laksa with crab! It was absolutely delicious and authentic- and the portions were huge. Made for 2 but would have fed 4, I ate that meal all week very happily!

So damn good! Super easy to use too, scoop some on steamed veggies and toss for a quick killer side dish. I love a little smeared in with my mayo on a sandwich…..totally kicks up a turkey sando.

Best Sambal sauce ever! Goes with everything even just plain rice.

The sambals add a dance of umami to all your dishes. It's very flavorful and versatile and goes well with meat and veggies. Brings a flavor of South East Asia to your table for when a craving hits!

I’ve been searching for the best Sambal and I think I found it. Perfect to go with noodles, stir fry, or even your eggs in the morning. Will definitely be a staple in my kitchen going forward.

Amazing flavors we have created here in Portland! Using local produce and supporting local farmers for our products. We have three distinct favors to choose from - Boomz, OMG and AF chilli. My personal favorite is AF chili that has a vinegar base with garlic that gives you the additional umami taste.

I love the REAL flavor of Singapore! Those sambals make a magic for my cooking.

Sibeho flavors are a wonderful reminder of home. The tingkats are delicious and Holly is such a ray of sunshine. She always has a smile on her face and you can see her love for sharing her culture. This place is truly a Portland gem!

Sibeiho is a taste of home in the PNW! Their monthly kaya drops are the most anticipated event in our household, but we also always stay stocked with sambal and achar.

LOVE all of Sibeiho's products, especially the sambals. I use all three kinds quite regularly when cooking at home. Always look forward to what Pat and Holly come up with next!
