  • I ordered four of these caps for christmas gifts back in December 2022 and have not received them in 9 months, despite numerous attempts to call customer service and send emails to their "team" email. I would take the product or a credit to my charge card but, cannot get anybody to resolve this hugely annoying transaction.

We're so sorry your order and your experience with us was impacted negatively as we stood up to enforce our Patent & Trademark rights. We had no idea then what we know now!   • I have one of these caps I bought 3 years ago or so. I love it! BUT I can no longer recommend the company. I ordered three different shower caps over the last year and received none of them. I got various excuses about shipping delays. After 9 months delay on one and 5 month delay on the second two, with incredibly ungratifying responses from the company, I ended up contacting my credit card companies to dispute the charges (first time in my life!) Thankfully, it was not too late. So again, great product once upon a time, but not sure what happened to the company. Check out their Twitter and Facebook pages and you will see my story is the same as many. I came here today to write this because I just received two marketing emails from them. The punctuation and wording is not the same as the past, (previously owner was from NYC, I believe.) Multiple mistakes, awkward punctuation in the middle of a sentence, unusual sentence structure…I wonder if the company was sold along the way? Not sure what has happened, but unfortunately now it feels more like a scam than anything 😔

  • I had one, which I managed to get 3 years ago and really liked the product. It's worn out, so I decided to order another one. In September. They have my money, I have no item. I sent the following communication to them today, I don't expect a reply. Hello, I have filed complaints with the Attorney General of the State of CA. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB. My bank refused to process my claim because it had been too long. Basically, I gave you guys too many chances and since it's been longer than 90 days, I can no longer file the claim. I don't know about you, but that feels pretty awful...that I am literally paying money because I gave your company the benefit of the doubt. Just do the right thing and give me my money back. I no longer want the item. I just want my refund.
