  • Great immunity boost, but I gained 10lbs within a few months of using this product. The same thing happened to my girlfriend. She put on 6lbs in 6 weeks. We both are stopping immediately. Have no idea where this weight gain would end.

  • I tried this product for several months.I had no preexisting gut conditions but thought I should boost health. However bloating and gut pain became a problem. I stopped the probiotics and symptoms went away.

  • Tried it for some time and didn't notice a difference, love the packaging

  • I decided to try Seed after struggling with loose stool for 4 months. I have not seen a doctor, but, I had tried omitting alcohol and junk food for 1 month, with no improvement to digestive issues. I was pleasantly surprised that I saw improvement within 24 hours of taking Seed. I'm only on day 4, but I have not had diaherra in 4 days, and I feel like some of my brain fog is also improving. So, at the moment, I could not be happier with these results. I do think that I had something very wrong happening in my gut for the past few months, and I do think that these supplements are helping me to correct whatever I disrupted in my system. I would recommend this product to someone that is also suffering with digestive track issues unrelated to IBS or Crohns (because I do not have either of these diagnosis).

  • I was hoping this would help with SIBO/dysbiosis but I didn't have any improvement. Upon more research, the strains in this are not helpful for that condition. Anyone with these issues should be looking at a spore/soil based probiotic with strains starting with "Bacillus.." (not Lactobacillus)

  • I have been suffering from stomach issues for quite a few months now. I decided to try Seed after reading how much people like it. Well.. I have to say this is such an awesome product. I have been taking it for over a week now and feel amazing. It’s a little pricey, but well worth it! I just ordered another 3 month supply! If you suffer from stomach issues or constipation, please consider seed, you won’t regret it!!

  • This is the best probiotic that I’ve ever had and it works! No bloated tummy and I have the best poops ever!

  • I will start off with expressing having received mutual intrigue as other reviewers because of the impeccable marketing. With that being said I got a hold of a 30% off discount and decided to try it out. The first month I felt no side effects, had no issues with bloating and was very regular. My issue with regularity used to be that I wouldn't be able to get it all out in one go and would go at least 3 times a day which was pretty annoying and Seed helped me out with that. However, exactly one month later I started to experience the symptoms that were forewarned to customers upon the first few days of usage after eating my first meal of the day. This included nausea, abdominal distension, bloating and gas. I experienced this for about a week and finally figured it may have been the pills considering nothing else from my daily routine had changed besides this implementation. I stopped for 2 days just to test it out and low and behold, my symptoms alleviated. I tried taking just one pill with food to see if I'd experience the same symptoms and they unfortunately did return. While Seed did help me with my regularity, the symptoms I started experiencing was just not worth it anymore. I decided to stop taking them. I think these pills worked for me for as long as I needed them to. After I discontinued usage, I was still regular and bloating was rarely an issue anymore, so they were a good fix for me. Last thing is that I did end up subscribing to the 3 month sustainability program before finishing up my first month and thought I'd be down $200CAD and with an excess amount of pills since I started to experience my symptoms only after I was done my first month. I emailed customer service about it because I felt stuck, to which they ended up giving me a refund for my order, cancelled my subscriptipn and were very sympathetic about my experience. All in all it wouldn't hurt to give them a try (until it does).

  • I started Seed a week ago, was really excited to try it but also afraid of the side effects it said it may come with. Unfortunately I be been so nauseous that I can barely eat/ drink. I can’t continue. Also did nothing for my regularity, although I know I didn’t take them long enough. Also very expensive. I didn’t even use one bottle and they’re sending another… I wonder why it makes ppl so nauseous?

  • I've been using this for a little over six months now and have noticed a big improvement in my gut and mood. You need to wait awhile though, your gut microbiome won't change after a few weeks or even a month. It takes at least three, and it wasn't until month four that I really noticed a dramatic difference.

  • I really liked the packaging but I bought this after noticing their commitment to science! Will update after I've used it long enough to notice a difference.

  • I have taken probiotics for the last 20 years. I cannot say enough about how much Seed is by far the best, most effective, probiotic/symbiotic for me. I would highly recommend this for anyone! I have never felt better.

  • I took Seed for about a week. The first day I got extremely nauseous because I took on an empty stomach as suggested. The following few days I saw no improvement in my gut health. Maybe I didn’t take it long enough but I don’t think it’s for me. Awesome packaging though and I love the vial that came with it for you to put in your purse or bag on the go. Hopefully it works well for some!

  • Was taking another brand and it was making me feel awful, so saw this and decided to try it. Immediately noticed a change in bloating. Went away for the weekend and didn’t take it with me and started bloating again until I got home and took seed again. Really like the product in the packaging is neat, wish it was a bit more affordable

  • There's nothing remarkable about this, your blood work won't change, your stool will be just as fixed as if you got a standard probiotic.

  • I have been taking Seed for over 2 years now and it is it an essential part of my daily supplement regimen. I switched to a different probiotic for a month this summer just to see and I immediately came back to Seed. I have some chronic digestive issues and definitely think it has made a difference in maintaining my GI health. I love their packaging which is a glass jar in your original order and then the rest comes in paper refillable bags wrapped (I believe) in mycelium based foam. It also comes with a great little tube for packing supplements on the go that I use daily!

  • Seed changed my life. I have mild ulcerative colitis and have tried so many of the alleged 'best' and most scientifically proven probiotics on the market. None of them had the same level of positive impact on my gut health as seed. It took 3+ months to get the full benefits. You should always try probiotics for at least 3 months, so long as they're not making you more unwell after the first couple of weeks of getting used to them. It has pretty much eliminated my symptoms and continues to do so after 6 months. I've completely stopped taking the medication that I used to depend on. I also love that you don't need to refrigerate it and I love the packaging. It just feels so much nicer opening a glass jar than popping blister packs of pills every morning. The 3 month shipping option is great too. Can't fault Seed.

  • My longest probiotic relationship. I appreciate how Seed sends me 3 months worth at a time as a way to help the environment. The actual probiotics have been a game changer. I'm far less bloated and just feel better.

  • I was taking a pill as directed for about 1 month. I did not notice any positive changes in my health, but then again, I didn't really have any digestive issues before trying this. When taking this regularly, I did notice slight digestive discomfort (cramps, bloating, etc.). Even with the discomfort, I kept trying to take it regularly, because the directions did state that some discomfort in the beginning is normal. But that never really went away for me. I will not re-purchase. It is pretty expensive without any discounts. Some positives- I liked the packaging, glass bottles, and overall look of the brand.
