    Took it with my second pregnancy and continued on it postpartum..honestly I will probably stay on it for some time they say you can take it as a multi . I def noticed I didn't get as depleted after giving birth as I did with my first, I feel like I overall have recovered better and my hormones aren't as out of whack because of the nutrient density of the pills. Appreciate that it is also clean and 3rd party tested (surprisingly not a lot of prenatals are which is flippin scary).
