  Definitely no! The shoes are OK-ish. Nice and pretty. However the customer service is just a disaster. I bought a two pairs of shoes, none of them comfy for me so I decided to make a return. The return process is usually very simple. Not for SAYE brand. It is now more than a week and I have no shipping instructions, nothing just empty words. I spent a week chatting via email with their customer care whith no clear instructions. It is both frustrating and time-consuming. I do not even know if I ever get my money back. I very much regret the purchase.

  Would recommend

  Love love love these sneakers! Bought them as a replacement for my Vejas and they deliver with a similar look but much more comfortable "out-of-the-box" feel. I paired them with some Fulton insoles and the combination lets me walk around for hours with no discomfort :)

  Modelo '89 V-Endure

  Bought a pair of vegan sneakers from Saye 6 weeks ago and they've already started to fail at the seams, letting water in while it's raining. Saye guarantees their shoes for 2 years so I emailed them asking for a refund and explaining the issue, as well as attaching photos to show the problem. They responded by gaslighting me, copying in their terms and are instructions says that I should not submerge the shoes in water or expose them to flooding. I was surprised to find that 'wearing the shoes while it's raining' is included in this statement somehow.. I asked for further clarification and they have now stopped responding.   Would recommend

  I love these shoes! I'm trying to cut down on buying leather for environmental reasons and have been so happy with these. I find them much more breathable and comfortable than my leather Common Projects and wear them all the time now.
