Finally found a raincoat that stays on my dog and keeps him dry! I got the sun shower rain coat with sleeves and fabric on the chest since he would get dirty there after walking in the rain. It takes awhile to put on, but he’s a lot cleaner after our walks, especially living in the west coast where it rains a lot!

I have mixed feelings about Ruffwear, because while the price point is astronomical, the products really are durable. We have the frisbee, life vest, and fleece jacket. I definitely wouldn't buy the jacket again (I was in a pinch!) but the frisbee is worth the money for sure. It flies like a dream, floats, and can't get chewed into pieces. The lifejacket is a toss up, I haven't had any others before! I wish the colors & patterns were a bit better, it's just not really my style.

My dog is obsessed with her frisbee. It is made out of a cool lightweight material that seems pretty durable. It is easy for her to grab and run with and doesn't hurt her when its flying through the air towards her.
When we first got our rescue pup the organization recommended the Webmaster harness as this is the most secure. It has multiple points to adjust to your pup's size and the third strap that goes behind the ribcage is what makes it extra secure, especially for pups that are more anxious and inclined to escape. This feature has definitely saved us a few times in our early days together. It also has a handle at the top for those tougher hikes where your pup might need a bit of assistance getting up somewhere. We now regularly use their Front Range harness and love it equally as much. Both have been worn for woody hikes in mountains and regularly washed, and there has been no fading in the colour or fraying of any of the straps.
