The night guard for my bottom row of teeth was a good fit from the get-go with two hot water refit adjustments as mentioned in the very complete instructions (Too many teeth missing for top guard so they gave me two bottom ones). The only thing that was a concern was the amount of time to get impressions approved. The rush service is pretty quick but you pay an extra $14. All in all, I am very satisfied the Remi Custom Night Guards which are much more economical than going through the dentist. I also would mention their customer service is excellent as well.

I have had a great experience with Remi so far. I ordered retainers from them after needing replacement retainers and did not want to paid $500.00 or more at the orthodontist. The process has been very slow and efficient and they offer assistance and help ensuring that you receive the right products. I had to get help with completing the impression process, but am I am happy that I did. I am excited to receive my retainers hope to try Remi's other products.

Got retainer and used the schedule with dentist option to fit my molds correctly. The process was so easy and quick I’m glad I did it. Customer service was great with helping me questions. The kit is so easy and setup well. Take my advice and schedule the zoom for a quick process and no questions. Excited about new retainers. I thought I was going to have to spend a fortune because my ortho is out of state and everyone basically wants you to start over besides the dentist! Thanks Remi! Oh and the HSA payment optioned sealed the deal!!!

Remi staff are so helpful! I couldn't get mymold correct they took me through the whole process on a zoom call for free and we nailed it! They are professional and quick- but the bet part is the whole cost is covered by my HSA.
