I struggled with the first (and second) try taking at-home impressions and was ready to give up. Remi sent a second impressions kit and scheduled a live walk through with a dental professional to ensure success. She was kind, professional, troubleshooted on the spot with me, and walked me through each and every step, including returning the impressions promptly with the appropriate documentation. Highly recommend, even if you are tentative.
