I’ve been using their service for a while now and one thing I really appreciate is that they accept existing 3D scans. I had an STL file ready from my dentist, sent it in with the proper instructions, and their team reviewed it before approval. It made my order process much easier and more efficient as a returning customer.

I have been using Remi for years and the products and pries have always been good. There follow up and maintenance programs are helpful. R3ecently they were very helpful in getting my recent impressions done accurately. They worked with me online in a zoom call to get the impressions correct. My latest turn around time was very quick. Overall I would recommend them for a custom mouth guard

Customer service is 5 star - friendly, attentive and quick to respond to questions. I loved the foam taste and the tablets. However, the tablets are not available for sale. Please start sellling them!! The last bottle of foam did not taste the same - not sure if the formula was changed. I prefer the first bottle. Other than that, I highly recommend Remi!
