I have seen the Remi ads many times, and since my dentist confirmed that I grind my teeth, I knew I needed a night guard. Even with insurance, the dental office price was quite high, so I finally placed an order with Remi. I opted for standard shipping, which did make the process a bit slower, but I was in no rush. When the impression kit arrived, I followed the directions carefully. For some reason, my top impressions didn't turn out well, but the bottom ones were perfect. This actually worked out for me, as I prefer wearing a bottom guard; I find it feels more secure. I mailed the impressions back and, again, waited through the standard shipping period. Once the two bottom guards arrived, they felt a bit too tight, so I contacted support. I discovered that soaking them in 180°F water made them just pliable enough to fine-tune the fit, which corrected the tightness perfectly. I also found the initial taste of the material unpleasant, but soaking them in a mixture of white vinegar and water easily fixed the issue. I am very pleased with the final result. These are much better than the "boil-and-bite" sports guards, which are great for athletics but far too bulky for sleeping. I’ve already signed up for the 6-month replacement subscription and would definitely recommend Remi—provided you're willing to make those simple, easy adjustments for a custom fit if needed.

My entire experience with Remi has been top notch from the start. They are incredibly responsive to questions and concerns and extraordinarily helpful if you need help or tips in taking your impressions. When you get your impression kit everything comes with it that you will need to complete the impressions as well as mail them out - no printing off labels or trying to find a box to mail them. The mixing process to create the impression medium involves just mashing some putty together, no mixing bowls or powders involved! Additionally, the instructions link to a step by step comprehensive video of someone actually doing the impressions on themselves. I so appreciate how easy they’ve made this!

Staff has been very helpful helping me with making my mouth guards. They have promptly provided me with a second impression kit when I was unable to make a suitable set of impressions the first time. Waiting for my impressions to come and I’m confident should I need further assistance in the future Remi will be there to help. Remi was recommended by a physical therapist that deals with jaw disorders as an alternative to having a dentist make the mouth guards. It was a great recommendation.

I have been using the night guards for several years. They are comfortable and has stopped me from grinding holes in my caps. Remi is very customer oriented and responsive to the customer.

I have been using Remi for several years now. They have always had amazing customer service. I have had to redo my night guards at least twice since my first set, and I have always ended up with a good product from Remi. Whenever there's an issue with a night guard (fit), they are very responsive and have made it right. Their product is good and their customer support is stellar! These night guards are much slimmer than what you get in the drug store versions. And quite a bit cheaper than the ones from the dentist, especially if your dental imprint changes over time.

These are a great option for anyone who clenches or grinds their teeth at night. The instructions for taking your impressions are easy to follow. The cost of the set is very affordable, especially because you can order two of the same (two top or two bottom) if you only need to wear one at night. Customers support is very helpful when needed. I've had the pleasure of working with Remi to receive my 2nd pair of retainers after being offered a generous discount of $79 for a new pair of night guard retainers and teeth whitening foam which would have originally cost more. I received my impression kit in 2 days! I wasn’t expecting it that quickly. Taking the impressions is super simple and explained every step of the way. Customer service is top notch and got back to me so quickly! I should receive my mouth guard in about 2 weeks as they’re in the process of making it!
